Not recommended at all Rude behaviour Demanded extra money I was with my partner and he denied check in. I paid more money. Fan was not working. AC was not working. Room was very dirty. Nothing was usual. Pls don't waste your important time. Manager was careless. Not safe for couple. Room service enter without permission. Not recommended at all. Don't even think to book this.

I booked hotel from Agoda I paid 538 rs for hotel but when I reach at hotel the manager said that you have to pay more 1200 rs extra very rudely to check in this hotel and also they used vulgar language. Then I dialled 100 The lasudiya Police station is So cooperative,police man whom I talked is so polite in behaviour he helped me out very polite manner and then the hotel manager ready to give room
Went there for some official works. The room was okay.. not as shown in the oyo app. The ties between the oyo and the hotels needs to be mended asap because solo customers like me face the problem with check ins which seems annoying. Rest apart it was all good.

These hotels take bookings according to their listings from online platforms like Oyo. (Most of the bookings that Oyo takes are prepaid). So when the customer goes to their location to check in, then the manager and receptionist of this hotel ask you to pay extra amount to check in. And till that time neither the booking agent nor the custom service representative is of any help. Nor do they give refunds. When you argue too much, then these people are ready to refund after going, they also refund after deducting the amount for 1 day. And their behavior doesn't seem like hospitality at all. If you have ladies with you then you have to accept defeat. And they have to pay extra amount and these people don't even give any receipt of that extra large. Never seen worse behavior than this in Indian hospitality till date. Don't know why Oyo is not canceling their listing yet.
Staff was very polite and a recommended hotel to stay nearby Bombay hospital.
