Very Bad Experience. It was the worst hotel I have seen ever. Couldn't find TV working, AC Working, No water in Bathroom. Zero Value of the money you spent. Even if rhe hotel says to stay free, I would like to say to say "NO" It puts you in a horrible situation that after using wash room, you dont find any water. Staff was so rude that let you think what for I have came here Dirty Bedsheet, Dirty Towel, Dirty Bathrooms .
rooms are not good very hygienic bathrooms.. and doors conditions are very... it's so embarrassing in front of your girl you try to close the door but it's not working.. it's kind funny but literally i just changed 3 rooms and at last i thought hopefully 4th room was good.. but forget.. location was good seriously. 2nd was SERVICES are also bad 1 guy was too rude with us that's why I give only 2
Only the location was good, the price did not justify the room,booked three rooms in which AC was not working, the washroom lock was broken and the door also did not close completely and one room main door lock was broken.
Don't trust on Oyo when I booked hotel they will charged me 884rs. Also they send me confirmed booking voucher when I go for checked-in so hotel receptionist said yes your booking is confirmed with 1484rs. I was completely shocked on that time when I showed my booking voucher so they denied. That time I also called to Oyo customer care so one of lady said will connect you with my manager but no one resolve my problem. So guys will suggest you never ever trust on Oyo.
I have never came across such a worst hotel in my life . The experience was horrible. The manager was so rude and fraudulent. I booked the hotel in the OYO app and paid the money in advance so I have no trouble in checking in but the manager forcefully charged double the amount for no reason or else didn't give the room or refund . Second the services and room is really bad . Room was extremely small and dirty And the manager has no respect for the customers . He misbehaved with as as well and most importantly he is running a fraud hotel by charging double the amount once you pay the initial amount Please don't go for this hotel According to my experience I think all the 5 star reviews are paid .
Don't waste your money The room & washroom was not cleaned, Landline phone not working, Towels, soap, and air conditioner remotes do not provide. The staff make noise all the time Prices were too high
There is NO "Chaitanyas" sign board. Only Oyo Townhouse (without number) Toilet is unhygienic No credit card payment facility (only Gpay or UPI) AC not working & could not be serviced even after 5 days of malfunctioning If booked through FABHotel website, they do not give details of Oyo Townhouse, but mention "Chaitanya" & there is no sign board by that name nor operators know that it is Oyo Bedlinen - below average, towels - below average No laundry facility or arrangements, even when ready to make payment Seen youngsters & young adults with girls coming & going or staying or using it for few hours for enjoyment & some for private drinking place. Except for Mr. Mukesh manning front office desk rest is all pathetic. Had no other better option & had to stay due other compulsions.
Strongly disappointed with the property and false claims of services. They claim to provide clean room and clean linen and fail to fulfill their own claims. room was Dirty and linens were not clean and we had to ask them to clean our room but linen were still left as it is. Next day morning when asked for brkfast they refused to provide us breakfast saying they don't have a chef and we're not provided any breakfast. I've had enough of oyo's bad services and decided to not look for oyo for stay in future.
