warning to all customers They charge more money while checkin than you paid through any hotel booking app like OYO, This is dadagirir of hotels now a days.. Everything is poor, room was dirty and unhygienic, there were dust everywhere, Don't go there guys. Worst hotel experience ever .

Staff is very cooperative and Polite. Breakfast is good but very much limited to two items. Classic Rooms are very small. Toilet and Bathroom are very very small. Bed mattress seems old and are not comfortable. cleanness and illumination needs improvement. No hot water in bathroom.

Rating should be in negative for such low grade property.No linens, and when provided it was dirty. Room was having ants all around, service and response from staff is pathetic. They directly reply that no support can be provided.No power back up. Suffered the night for 4 hours power cut.Even after that, staff was not trained to switch on the system once electricity comes back.Staff is arrogant & ignoring complains of all the guest.

plus point = staff and room service very good and also food quality good and price affordable. The cleanliness of the room is superb. minus point = no window or ventilation available in room . Feels a bit like prison.

The overall experience was horrible and there is ZERO supervision by the management on our management of the hotel. from the time of check-in till check-out it was a bad experience. Hotel needs to work on a) Overall Housekeeping and cleaning b) there is ZERO maintance and basic things like WC seat cover, lights etc are not repaired. c) Buffet Breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Upma and Bread Pakora was on offer but both were cold and the staff said they can't reheat and have to consume what's available. The service was handled by one female trainee who was clueless on what to do. all guests were just complaining.. Buffet table did not have cutlery and had to wait.. d) Cashier at reception did not even have change of 500, Credit card machine was not working. settled the transaction on staff paytm no. e) Even during check-in, though I had paid for a deluxe room, I was offered a regular room but after I protested was upgraded to a deluxe room. the room interiors were quite basic and the restroom was just too small and created out of nowhere.. can write more but I guess my message is very clear above.. Since Nagpur was packed, we dint have a choice but most of the guests I interacted with were very dissatisfied but helpless. Of course the hotel did benefit with 100% occupancy but would they get us back as a repeat guest???? I doubt this..

Hotel Is good but, If you book online and when you reach the hotel they charge extra money for stay, I'm not happy with this hotel

The rooms are shabby. Lacking of proper lighting in the room, no graser was available in the room. Tap connection in the bathroom was not in perfect order. Electric switch boards were not up to the standard and we're so loose that while using, the board was in hand causing electric shock risk. Toilatories were provided only on repeated reminders. Keeping in view to above fact the rental is on very high side, it should have not been more than RS 600 per day.

Just hate to stay here.. No door mate.. No hot water.... Drinking water is provided very late.. Room service is very slow and room was not clean.. No value for money they charged.. Huge disappointed by choosing this hotel. Don't waste ur money guys.
