Towels and bedsheets are extremely dirty. People at the reception are very bad. They are not polite at all. Oyo should replace these staff at the reception soon. I have read about that in the reviews that hotel always ask more money, i thought it would never if I book through a proper website, but still for me as well, they asked more money. I prefer for anyone with family to not to stay there. There are better hotels near by, better go there
The overall experience was so satisfying! The receptionist was very soft-spoken, and the environment was very refreshing. The music and drinks at the bar made the experience so memorable that I want to visit this place again just to relax.
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Don't book this as they will always charge extra money from you. I had to pay extra RS800! The room assigned was not properly cleaned, with dust and debris on the floor and stains on the bedding. No toiletries, towels, even water bottle was missing! The TV was also not working initially. The bathroom was a nightmare with no tissue rolls, loose tap fittings and instead of a drainage, a bucket was attached to the sink. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at the hotel, and I feel that the quality of the service and facilities did not meet my expectations. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! I wish could give ratings in negative!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
