OYO Townhouse 327 Malviya Nagar - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

Hotel location was good it was in the middle of the city and have the best transport facility, room service was good , people was active in their work. It was a good stay anyways.

I had a good stay , rooms was smelling good and services they provide was very quick .

room services are very well in this hotel i dont feel anyone can get a hotel at this cheap rate in this location

Very poor service and the manager was Rude and talking arrogantly as he was Demanding for extra 500Rs Even after we had done the payment through Make my Trip. Please Avoid booking...

Room that they provided after almost begging was very dirty. It looks like room was closed for many days. There was very bad smell in the room. TV was not functioning due to no recharge. There was no towel in the toilet, after asking for 3 times they provided the towel which was torn and dirty. For every service I'll have to call them thrice. Restaurant service was also very bad. They charged extra amount over the quoted price in menu saying that menu is outdated. Will not refer anyone to stay in this hotel ever.

Hotel stay Indore is good but survice is bed i m not satisfied with survice and hotel environment is good

Great location and best room service

I traveled from Mumbai to Indore for Omkareshwar and Khajrana Ganesh mandir darshan and this was my first rendezvous with Oyo hotels. I stayed there for 2 nights (23rd and 24th Dec). I had booked 2 rooms as I was with family (Parents, Wife, and 2 kids). Check-in was not smooth as one room was not ready at all (Despite reporting 30 minutes late than scheduled check-in time) and the receptionists (2 ladies) were less than worried about the whole thing Also, the room that was ready was cleaned in haste and was smelling of cigarette smoke with hairs in room and bathroom. Overall cleanliness was not at all up to the mark. TV worked in one room and needed the box replacement in the other. The mug in the bathroom was without a handle. I also ended up with one room on the 2nd floor and the other on the 4th floor. The only good thing about the hotel was its location which I found to be well placed overall. Apart from Tea, we didn't try anything from the hotel restaurant so no comments there.I guess OYO lives up to its reputation of being a "couple" room provider than an overall hotel for all. A lot of room for improvement. PS: The Male staff in the night was more polite and offered me a reasoning that the rooms were booked in bulk by the supporting team of some Vicky kaushal's upcoming movie!
