They are not professional They will cut the landline phone connectivity till10am. They will not provide toothpaste and all. If u ask for it they will charge extra. Avoid this place if u want to get peace of mind.. Non professional attitude of employees

Pathetic service and management by the staff. The hotel was equipped with central AC and well built infrastructure but management was not mature enough to handle the same for customers. Staff was very smart in switching off the AC and lifts in the night to save electricity. A horrible experience.
Pros-: Very very big rooms available at affordable prices. They serve very tasty and delicious complimentary breakfast. Room service is very good here. Cons-: Towels were not there in bathroom or room. Atlast i would say it is Simply value for money as they have good service.
I Edited my review after three Years ... Because of yesterday I stay in that hotel ....but Reception person also same. when I go for check in Through oyo ..They said .WE CAN not accept online booking..Then I ask what I do Now ..They said Do what ever you want do with Your booking I'd I do not provide Room on Online booking .WE BOOK ROOM manually.
The hotel infrastructure is fine. The kitchen and food service is bad. Delivering someone's else order to someone else is a big issue. Sometimes order takes a lot of time. I ordered two omellettes and two coffees one day and it took more than 1 hour 30 mins for getting that order. I ordered two coffees the other day and got only one.
No proper service. No proper amenities. Not good for individual stays. Staff don't have proper resources to cater. 3 star Only for good breakfast and very good space for marriage events. OYO don't have capacity to maintain its premium category. Still overpriced.
Room was infested with mosquitoes and when asked for mosquito repellent they gave incense stick. food was expensive and avg taste, in complimentary breakfast menu was poha, bread toast and tea,,but when they served the breakfast it was only poha and tea as apparently there was choice between poha and bread toast which hotel people did not inform...overall bad experience.
