My heart is braking while giving it even 1 star. This place is horrible. Not towel or washroom stuff provided. Bedsheet had smoking pullover was dirty. No water bottle provided. After request they gave us bottle without lid. Door lock wasn't working. Staff was so rude. Entire night could not sleep due to wierd knocking sound. I asked my friend to pick me up early morning 6.
They ll ask for extra money even if booking is already done via online.Secondly they ll not provide key of your room if you have to go outside ...they don't provide kattle n toileries n towel .. Never ever visit to this place . Pathetic experience overall.
Please please don't stay here ... We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons from Agoda and the difficulties we faced here was - 1- At starting they demand extra 1500 charges , don't know why , they said it flexible property charges . 2- when I demand for our room keys , they said that they didn't give . 3- Room quality is not expectable , ACs are not working properly. 4- Environment is not good . 5 - Agoda was offering us breakfast but they didn't give .
oyo might be not having any issue with these type of ratings and issues. Worst service by this hotel and Oyo. Even after booking online they refused to give room. In night 1am what you can do only request but they denied... Now what is the option I have to call customer care and ask for help but we don't get it any help. Please don't ever book this property and still if you are booking it then please don't book for night.
We were denied for the room even after full payment was made in advance. After hours of argument they gave us the room which was very stinky and smelling very bad... There were lots of used cigarettes and dust all over the place.. we went out and didn't come back .. we didn't stay in any of their room. We had to book another hotel. My trust for has now completely gone... Never book Oyo in my life.
Bad experience with OYO no proper Customer support App showing Different amount once you reached at property owner ask different and higher amount and they truly rudely they don't care they are tell us cancel the booking and go if you wanna stay here now you have to pay (Owner demand) amount and if you're raising your complaint in customer care they putting your call on hold and go seriously Bad experience and also i uninstalled the OYO app because they're cheaters
Rude staff. I personally went and asked if the pets are allowed, they confirmed that it is a pet friendly hotel. After a couple of days when I went their with my OYO booking they refused the checkin. It was late night around 10PM, I was with my parents. Please dont book this hotel, I don't want you to suffer and feel the pain.
3 Room booked by OYO care for 8 Person, Bed offered were queen size. Had to pay extra 30% for bedding which was not told during booking. Care centre were requesting hotel owner but they didn't listen. Dirty room, poor wash room, smell in Bedding. OYO used by couples during day for hourly basis so even staff is not interested to offer good service to family. Poor experience no one should stay at OYO with family.
