Shame of a reception work Booked a room in the evening and showed up late to the hotel, right before noon, just to learn that the reservation was canceled on us with NO communication whatsoever. No room available. No email, no call, no message. Booking still showed confirmed on the app. What is this bakchodi

My issue was with OYO customer support. Even after free early check-in policy, the owner asked extra price for check-in at 11 am. Even after contacting OYO customer support, the issue was not resolved. Talking about property, I liked the room, the washroom. Nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either. The room service was decent.

Worst Experience. ..clearly denied for room...asked extra money. ..OYO harassing its valuable customers...Hope Mr Agarwal will take actions on this extra money asking scam

I had booked a hotel for 3 nights, of which I did not check in to the hotel on the first day. But I reached the hotel the next day at 10:00 am.He said that we could not let you do the check-in as it is against our hotel policy. You can do the check-in after 12:00. I can't understand why I have booked a room for 3 days and have to wait 'til 12:00 the next day. After I waited for 2 hours, he told me that your room was not ready. This hotel has been the worst hotel experience of my life.Then I checked-in to the hotel. I was with my family. The condition of the hotel was such that I felt very unsafe. * The main door was not able to close well. I was afraid that someone might open the gate at night.The bed mattress was very dirty. * There were marks of different things on the walls. * The TV in the hotel was also not working * the body lotion was also running out in the bathroom. * The bathroom was also not clean * the floor was not clean either. * The staff here did not even offer me breakfast, and the staff are not supported at all in their work. * Ac is not working properly * A complimentary breakfast was not given to me. despite calling him twice.If anyone comes to the hotel, please don't waste your money.

Was satisfied with service, if you are opting this property do not book via oyo, they will not consider your booking and oyo will not help in that matter. I had to cancel my booking in oyo app and instead booked on booking. Com, nice rooms and nice service

very disappointed with over all facility provided by the hotel water in the washroom was very bed and smelly unclear water, food was tatseless specially roti was same like papad main issue every time we ordered for food server always get the food uncovered even after i asked him he said there is no concept of covering food here i was shocked and first time i seen in rooms they were serving tea pre poared in the cup without any sugar preference pre-mixed sugar. staff attitude was not good they all were not like they are working in a hotel, managment should look to them and teach them basics items which was not consumed by me were added to the bill however when i asked them they removed the same. overall, being a hotelier i would like to suggest management to improve the overall quality for above mention things one day you might become benchmark for your compititors thanks

Smelly washroom all the time Low pressure of water, they had to fix it twice a times I was stuck in lift for half an hour and they had to struggle alot. Very poor service There are 40 rooms and only one person provide food at rooms. He was nice however this is very u fair to one person on load

Location is good for ppl who need to stay for work. Transport options are easily accessible. Its at the center of 4 ggn sectors. We booked a room through oyo app in about 700rs but when we reached there they denied entry in the discounted rate. That was not fair but its not the staff's fault as it was clear that the orders were from the owner. So we paid 1000rs. Lifts were available. Rooms were well designed and spacious and clean but not well maintained. The first room we shifted in had water leakage from the central ac vault in the ceiling. Balcony was not clean. A switch was missing from the switchboard. The next room had no balcony but was ok. The food was really really good and is must try if you stay there. Even though it seems a bit expensive but quantity was more than enough. Quality of food was also up to the mark.
