OYO Townhouse 263 The Sky Airport - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

A good hotel at low cost. Near Airport. I found this hotel as one of the best in Calcutta. Specially the behaviour of hotel staff are very good. They are co-operative. Being a Bangladeshi I felt good. Looking forward to stay here again in future . One last point the rent mentioned online should be followed. I stayed there on 15 th November 2021 night.

Well if there was a 0 i would have rated it happily and that's the kind of service this OYO hotel has provided and would not recommend this for ayone travelling as a family. I had a reservation for 4 nights and much to their good service i was forced to check out from the hotel on the same day of my check in. The reasons for this are plenty, 1. Waiting time in the reception to check in to my room was more than 30 min, excluding the time to fill in my details. Reason being the person was on his way to get the room key. 2. On entering room the bed seems to be clean. But as soon entering the toilet could see people had thrown in all the pan masala sachets and could see the toilet not being clean at all. The mat placed near the toilet being wet. Upon calling the reception to get it cleaned i had to wait another 20-30 minutes. 3. Added to all this, my luggage hadn't reached my room in all this hour delay. Asking the reasons for delay in cleaning the room, getting my luggage and not providing basic necessities of water. The answer from the service guy was during afternoon we only have 1 person servicing all the rooms and its difficult to help you all time. 4. I asked them to provide an alternate room, which for this took them 3-4 hours to decide and only after informing OYO they did decide to take the matter seriously. And said the rooms are all booked so we would consider to see the alternative only after 10 PM. 5. Once i asked the status around 10, he showed me some 2 rooms which were in the similar state as i stayed in. I asked him for a better resolution but couldn't get any and when i said i will checkout from the hotel he was happy enough to let go without any hesitation. OYO too didn't do much to help resolve the issue and they just went on saying that they've escalated the issue. So my sincere advice to anyone travelling Kolkata, don't spend your money in this Hotel and you could find a better one with the same price and good hospitality. As these guys do not know the meaning of hospitality.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel but from nice and clean rooms and bathroom. Location is awesome . Loads of good restraunts and shopping comolex nearby. If you need Hotel near Airport this is best one i would say. One star less for providing Double bed rooms although we were couple but not a big issue you can definitely ask them to change rooms. Amenities were fine and stay was good. Briyani which i ordered was good too just for 300 rs i felt quantity was less. Go for it you you find it for 1200-1300 bucks.

I have stayed in many Oyo.. But this time i am really eager to write a review about Oyo Townhouse 263 The Sky Airport (Kolkata) Till date this is one of the best Oyo i have ever visited as they have more number of Pros than cons. Pros: The location is very easy to find out with lots of restaurants around. But you dont have to go outside as they do provide mouth watering pocket friendly dishes (personaly chicken bharta, Fish fry, Biriyani i have tried and all were fresh and tasty). Over that the best part is they provide complimentary buffet breakfast on 7th floor where you will get an awesome panaromic view of the VIP road and adjacent area for free. If you sit there with a cup of coffee, time will just fly. Coming to my stay, room's interior are all okay and washroom are well equipped with modern fittings. If you would like to have the road side view from the room then go for the Suite. As you will get the best view from their suite accommodation only which is little costly than the classic and delux room. Cons: Before writing about the cons i must say in every professional places there is some scope for improvements. Same is applicable for this place too. When i have booked In oyo apps amenities shows that this particular oyo is having mini refrigerator and coffee maker inside the room. But actually they dont have this facility in any of their room. So either you provide these at least in the suite room. Or else simply remove them from amenities section. Please update the difference between classic, deluxe and suite room, then it will be easy for us to select as per our requirements. Like an example Suite room has a nice curtain wall road side view which classic rooms dont have. Last but not the least, all the staffs are well mannered. I would specially like to mention the name of Reception Managers *Mr. Bharat* and one lady (unfortunately i forgot to ask her name). Believe me, their politeness will make your day.

Good hotel. Good location & good road out side to the hotel. KFC is also there. Good market area near by. You will feel very active by staying in this OYO. Take the upper floor as much as possible to get a good view. Breakfast is not so good. Please improve your breakfast items. Over all good in this 2k budget. Recommended.

We stayed for one night only. This is that kind of place. The plus points being the room was just clean, had a nice rain shower and clean bathroom. But small, the photos in the websites exaggerate the size. Their Cable TV has all the channels, so that was good. The room has mosquitoes, fruitflies, so need to be careful. The biggest disappointment is the complimentary breakfast, the plates dirty, not ready in time, and the menu pathetic. Will I stay again? No, don't think so.

The hotel is situated at a good location but it's extremely poor. the bathroom had toiletries in terrible condition. The Jet spray was broken the whole time & they didn't fix it. The lift was smelling so bad. The room had no ventilation and it extremely poor. That was a bad experience. But on the other hand, the receptionist was super polite.

The washroom had a leaking commode which kept making noise all night. Welcome drink was empty, we were given a twin bed with a bogus view instead of a queen or a king bed. Overall receptionist was very cordial and gave us a warm welcome and was quite cooperative. Breakfast options were limited and the sitting area was under construction.
