Location was good but very unhygienic rooms. Decided never come back again
Rooms were not kept properly not maintained well... things were damaged in wash room... Furnitures were loose too... though it was cheap but you may get far better options in the price range nearby... so, I would not recommend them by the time they do not improve it.. I didn't check in after going through the rooms.. so can't talk about the services...
The room was pathetic Bed was broken,bedsheet was dirty with someone hair on it when asked to change it they refused as they didnt have any bedsheet in spare. Bathroom seat was also broken. Staff was so rude and uncooperative. They asked us to leave the hotel at night when we complained about bedsheet . Waste of money. Unhygienic and dirty. Tobacco stains all over the room. Worst experience . Never choose oyo for hotels. There services are getting worse day by day because of poor management and maintainence of hotels.
Room bathroom cleaning very bad, water leaking, breakfast included not given....even staff say amount not given by Oyo .....but we included at the time of booking.......staff behaviour very bad....... Bathroom lock not work...... Very bad experience....

Pathetic and least bothered hotel, never going to book this one even for free. I don't suggest anyone for this hotel. One of worst hotel in this locality. Rooms and bathrooms were unclean when we checked in. Mismanaged property, bad services and even worse hygiene inside rooms.
If there was an option for negative markings I would've given that. The hotel rooms are the dirtiest rooms I have ever witnessed. Plus the staff is not at all co operative. There shouldn't be any stars for service because they are not even providing any. When asked to change the room they denied to even change the bedsheets. Worst worst worst hotel. Don't waste your money.

After staying in this hotel, I can understand why it has such high rating. Be it room, food, cleanliness, or service everything is meticulous. I strongly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in this area of Lucknow.
