Dirty place. People have spitted Pan on wall in every Room. Staff is rude. If you have booked online they will cancel your booking & ask you to book locally with them for a High price. I have booked online & my payment was also done they asked for my booking I'd and then checked me in & out by themselves & told me that your booking is not visible.
Ambience and reciptionist was pretty good . Room was dirty. I prefer not to stay at this property as staff disturbed twice and knock the doors instead of using phone call . They knocked and asked sir till what time you are going to stay .
very poor service, they don't have keys for the rooms they have only one master key by which they open the doors. for opening the doors you have to wait for atleast 30 min. there room services are also vey poor you have to wait for hours to order your food, you will order today and you will get your foor tomorrow... the worst hotel I have ever seen. rooms are also not clean poor hygiene is maintained, service boys are very greedy, they always try to look into your rooms. If you are booking the rooms in this hotel be careful. I will suggest not to book this hotel.
Very dirty place for stay, rooms corner, bedsheet, matters all are very dirty, staff behaviour is very rude and services are very slow.. specially not cleanness is any where, we never suggest this hotel for family and decent peoples.... They ask for extra charges and say chargers shown on their app whose will pay....
Total scammers, they will tell you they don't have any booking even tho you have booked it online, will charge you money to book the room, the rooms are pathetic. Dont stay here
