Best place to stay. Rooms were clean and neat. It has wheel chairs accessible entry and lifts. The service was good.

Worst damm hotel ever.. Filthy toilets,terrible mattress filled with cockroaches. MUST Avoid

Very bad....I can't sleep ... bathroom are worst...full of cockroachs ... disgusting...not worth for money..worst service..

Rooms are just ok. Bed are not comfortable. It is spring bed and as soon as you sit on bed, you can feel springs which make it very uncomfortable. I have to put blanket on bed and than sit and sleep. Cleanliness is a big issue. I have to change room because of it but still the issue is not improved a lot. A little smelly. I lost room card somehow, the reception staff told me I will be charged 150 Rs for same. I said ok. Later they said the charges are 1000 Rs. They are insane charging that amount for room key card. It's like a loot. I checked in in the morning at around 7 and whenever staff see me they just ask me check out sir. Atleast 50 times they may have asked me check out. As they see my face only this question. When I returned from my work in evening, as soon as I entered hotel, again same question. As if their only aim was to get the payment and force customer to go. Only positive was staff was friendly.

STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED BETTER PEACE OF MIND DURING YOUR STAY Booked this OYO as we had a pleasant stay here 6 months ago. But this time after booking for 2 days, we got to know they got separated from OYO and is now no more an OYO townhouse. It is now handled by the owner and the hotel managers encourage you to not book from OYO site. Rooms: The rooms were not tidy, the room was full of bed bugs and we were asked to use the stinking white (Yellowish) bedsheets during our stay. The room service is not great and food is one of the worst. Also you cant park more than 2 cars at once so its almost impossible to park your vehicle. Hotel Manager: The Manager FAIZAL RAHMAN (not sure if this was his real name as he himself gave this name and dared us to write the review) is one of the worst i have came across. He is VERY RUDE and doesn't know how to treat the customers. He will question you every time when you go out and come back to the hotel, like a hostel warden. He will say that they wont allow any local people to visit you but will bend the rule if you could pay him some extra bucks. In my case he charged my friend 200rs , to allow him inside the hotel just to carry my things to the car. So don't go by the word - Townhouse. I won't recommend this hotel for families as they keep on MONITERING everyone who stays in the room. If you were a bachelor then its your own risk.

Nice rooms. Good service. I asked for an extended check out at 12.00. The staff couldn't do that and requested me to check out at 11.00. As per OYO standards we could have an extended check out till 1.00 as complimentary. I only asked as my travel arrangements had a last minute change. Could have been a wonderful experience if I was allowed to check out one hour late. I guess they might have had other bookings. Still it's a good experience. Will definitely check in again.

'OYO townhouse 174 senthil kumaran' <br/>This property is located in a prime location and aesthetically designed rooms with amenities like drawing room / conference room. Staffs were so courteous and obliged. Ambience is great and so pleasant. And special mention on the complimentary breakfast: They spread 4-5 varieties of items with good quantity and quality. Especially they never dump chapattis and pooris into 'chafing dish' instead, they serve hot and puffy pooris to each tables on request. It's highly appreciable.! Kudos to the restaurant in-charge and team.
