Very spacious room and reasonable price located 3kms from the metro. But that's about the pros. Cons. Let's see the room was spacious but everything in the room was damaged. From the bed to the switch boards to the furniture. The tv was not fixed in a stable manner. And switches were not accessible. The bathroom tiles need to be reworked. Theres no point in having a shower and dry area like this when the whole place is flooded. Overall ok for the price and the place but the property needs to supply funds and improve.

Very pathetic staff if you are booking this hotel from oyo or other app when you go for check in they will tell you hotel is full there is no room availbile in peak time they sale room on higher rate than they cancell your old booking which is already paid... Avoid to go this type of hotel

Rooms are spacious but no room service and kitchen. No hygiene in the rooms. Dirty filthy smelling rooms with roaming. Even they are not providing water in sealed bottles.

I booked the hotel and arrived on the check-in date. The hotel reception guy says the hotel has been leased out to someone else and we are not listed on Oyo from 1st Sept. And I booked the hotel on 12th Sept. I'm in a new city and I found a decent hotel after 4 hours of constant torture and hustling. OYO rooms is synonyms with only Valentine's Day and couple sex day. That's it. I'm totally disappointed.

Rooms were dirty. Lights in room didn't work completely. Lift stopped working for 2 days. Property didn't have kitchen but claimed they provided breakfast and Oyo agreed with them. This is a 500rs hotel.

The person who sits at the reception , small heighted , specs wearing and dusky looking person (don't know his name , but trying to make understand by his look appearance) , he doesn't know how to talk to the people who are residing in Oyo Townhouse 173 Hotel. Literally total waste of money on this hotel. And all this is because of the same person's behaviour and hospitality. Whoever is the owner of this hotel kindly look forward into this , else it won't take time , that this person about which I am explaining , he would ruin your Hotel business and you will have to bear very big loss. Word of mouth is the biggest marketing for any business. And I won't recommend anyone to come to this hotel and even I will never come back.

Worst service they wont invite guests at all washroom was stinking like hell room was not clean properly &dity mattress tv was not working very bad experience majboori ho gai thi is liye rukna padda nhi toh koi or dekh leta

As soon as I entered the property I really got very negative vibe and i can clearly see that the no one has been here before me for a really long time. It feel quiet unsafe Zero hygiene Locks not working I would suggest everyone should avoid staying here
