OYO Townhouse 17 Huda City Center Near Leisure Valley Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

This property was under renovation. Denied checkin (off course) > Customer care was pathetic kept me hold for more than 10 mins 3 times and then disconnected, I have voice records of the same > Oyo showed fake Checkin and Checkout of the property. Oyo was having 2 reviews of 5 Star on the app dont know who gave them. Booking ID Booking id NTQO7753. I guess, I am not sure, they will show fake bookings infront of investor, fake revenue and get rounds of Funding.

I didn't like the place enough. Bathrooms were smelly, No proper housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast is provided, which is good in taste and hygenic too but they can't manage well in case of function or large families (10-12 people). Extra beds are not just disgusting, better to book saperate room if you are 3 even. Tea takes more than 30 minutes to get served here.

Sep 20 Visit Hotel is very old and need improvement with the interior 1. Ac was not in good health - it was broken and dripping too. 2. Parking is not available. Most preferable to commute with ola/uber. 3. Bathroom was not clean in healthy manner. Don't know how to expect proper sanitization. I complaint for it and got to change with another room. 4. Need to ask for towel, water and tissue paper.. 5. Other than reception guy no one is wearing mask. 6. The place where it is situated is good 7. Atmosphere of room are good but still required with the need of renovation -- I will recommend this hotel for the last resort. -- Not had any food there seeing the above factor.

5 star for the staff. 4 star for cleanliness. The bathroom cleanliness could get better. 3 star for the problem in some of the rooms. There were AC leakage in 2 of the rooms in the first floor. 5 star for the breakfast. Network reception in few of the rooms could be a problem. Overall, you will have a pleasant stay.

spacious room with good cleaniness... walk inn distance from sector-29 market.. Hotel is on the road toward Huda metro station next to Signature Tower.. Food quality was Average .. we ordered dal makhani but it was like Dal Tadka with methi into it. We ordered pasta from menu but pasta was not available in the hotel. Breakfast experience was not good. There was tea but it was not hot, Poori bhaji was there but there was no ladle for bhaji, spoons were not placed into the buffet.. had to ask twice for the spoon then they provided tra for Bhaji. Plates were not cleaned properly you can still feel oil on it. Rooms were cleaned and nice.. Food quality need improvement on serious notes.

It is a beautiful property and the staff is very polite. The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. The food on the menu is tasty and is available 24*7. Would highly recommend for budget travelers. I have stayed in other OYOs before but OYO Townhouse experience was so much better.

Location is best very near to NH and sector 29. staff is very good ready to help. Rooms were neat and clean but it looks dull, food is bad so it's advisable not go for it and use Swiggy. I ended up using Swiggy late in night. Experience was good and most of the credit goes to staff of the hotel due to their willingness to help.

The only thing good about this property is the location and its proximity to the metro station and the sec 29 market. The rooms and the bedding stank and the food quality was pathetic. They wouldn't let you order outside food and what they serve is absolute trash. There were frequent power failures and the breakfast next day morning was absolute stale. Avoid if you can.
