OYO Townhouse 160 Sector 1 Vaishali - Hotel in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

The hotel name has changed to Roseman, it was huge inconvenience getting to this hotel and took 40 minutes to fund it even when in the same society because of this. As most of the reviews complain, it was the same they declined the cheap room we booked saying it was not available and you need to pay for larger room. Oyo did not allow refunds and reception guy declined to do as well. Rooms had good space but really bad pungent smell because of no ventilation. They have sealed the balcony. They are essentially studio apartments converted to a hotel. Lighting was not sufficient. AC and TV remotes never worked. They did not even provide water without paying for it. Not even a bottle!!! Yes they had RO water option but no one came to deliver after asking for it. Towels provided were moist and a bit of stale smell. Washrooms are good but not much clean. No outside view and due to shoddy lighting rooms feel like a den. very pathetic experience after being overcharged, highly not recommended.

They blackmail on ur booking. Twice happened at this place with me. They deny for OYO booked room n turn us away or force us pay more than twice for same room. Poor washroom, no water, no curtain, staff peep here n there, not professional, no secrecy. I feel cheated n have asked refund through your app. This property even giving bad name to OYO. Poor parking n guidance.

Guys I really had a very bad experience though I don't generally comment or review but these people made me do so. They people have a pathetic policy now a days to increase the prices at the time of check-inn first they show deals on the app & when a person reaches the property they suddenly hike the prices because now the person has reached he is already tired or like if he/she has a couple then surely they won't wait as oyo is seriously running his business on Unmarried couples policy. If you argue that you have booked it on the app then they say this room is not available and when you ask them to show the comparison between the rooms they don't have any answer. These people now a days is running a fake business of charging customers more as per their demand of rooms for the day & booking really doesn't matter so guys be careful & don't use oyo app. We asked this property named ( Rosehouse) called them that our booking is confirmed they said YES & after reaching & waiting for hour there we find out they are making fools of people sitting around I was soo screwed up at that moment if felt like I should slap that reception person but I controlled somehow. Unmarried couples come they feel shy & pay whatever they demand at that moment but this is rediciolous & unethical according to me. Please beware !!!!

Worst experience I have ever faced booking hotel. At first they had booked a room at a lower price but after reaching the hotel they were asking for a higher price and saying that the room you have booked is not available if you want to stay then pay 1000 extra otherwise you have to visit our second property which is located 5 km away from this place Worst app for hotel booking.

It was worst experience while staying in this hotel. When I visited to reception to checkin earlier the price was shown 900 around, then the reception guy denied to checkin because the oyo price was too low. Then they increased the price infront of me to double what exactly it was shown on the app. The guy who was responsible to attend and check in for the visitors, he was very rude don't have any adequate how to talk as well. After providing the room at double price also the room was very messy, on the floor beer was spelled out. Washroom was also not clean. No towels nothing was provided in the room. Mosquitoes were there. For me most surprising was when I connected with oyo support they also disconnected the call in between of conversation. Will never suggest to check in this hotel.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at the OYO Townhouse 160 Sector 1 Vaishali (ID: Q2XM0803). I booked the hotel for 3 nights for 2 guests, and I encountered several issues. Firstly, there was a significant discrepancy between the balance amount mentioned in the confirmation email (INR 2472/-) and the amount demanded by the receptionist upon check-in (INR 6472/-). Despite my attempts to clarify and negotiate, I was forced to pay the higher amount (INR 6492/-) as there were no alternative accommodations available nearby. This inconsistency in pricing is highly frustrating and raises questions about the transparency of your booking system. Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with the sub-standard amenities at the hotel. The television in the room did not work, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom and towels was unacceptable. Considering the amount I paid for my stay, I expected a higher level of quality and cleanliness. I submitted this same concern over the App. I would like to understand how OYO takes accountability for such experiences and the steps being taken to address these issues. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for OYO to provide consistent and satisfactory services to maintain its reputation.

When I booked the room the charges are different and when I reached to the hotel the charges were changed and this was the third time simultaneously charges increased on the check-in time.This is the only hotel where charges were increased on check-in time and when we asked to the hotel employees about the increased charges they are telling us that this is the Oyo app's glitch. We don't know about your apps glitch or your internal problems but this is very rediculos and pathatic services by Oyo and by hotel also.

Pathetic Its a fraud. Never book this through any of the site It will take you to the Roseman hotels and suits who will first reject your booking out rightly. At that juncture you dont have any option other than paying twice or thrice of the price of the room. One of the worst experience I have ever had.
