Stay wise very good.. the room is way better.. but the thing is with our check-in. The manager demanded more money.. I had to call the oyo customer support and the oyo support team directly spoke with the manager and they paid the additional amount requested by manager... I didn't have to pay a penny.

I made the full payment through Oyo at the time of booking but while check-in the property manager demands me to pay 50% more money due to some reason. Then I've contacted Oyo customer services and informed the issue clearly. Customer service team gave me Full support they shorted the issue by crediting some bonce amount to the property account directly. afterwards I allowed to check in. The location and room is very comfortable, staffs were polit and behaved in good manner.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the room had good amenities, easy wi-fi access and the price was reasonable. There were no issues when I checked in and the location was good - fairly close to shops and market. But they did not provide the complimentary breakfast that was mentioned on their website and there was no hot water when we arrived.

First of all hotel person asked to pay extra 300 so totally it costed 1080. But the rooms are at bad condition with stinking bathroom. Bed sheets were dirty and will lead to itching. floor was dusty. Only good thing about room is it has got extra space outside the room as a small hall. Ac was working but room was dusty and geyser was working great

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel Visit Again Thank You Anaul Sir

Though it is located outside of Bengaluru in hebbal area but the room, service and food is really good. I stayed there in Feb'23 for 3 Nights and I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were quote prompt and helpful. I recommend this hotel for travellers.

i booked after an issue with Oyo . first this hotel staff did refuse my checkin and i waited for more than 2 HR for check-in and i ordered a lunch also but they didint give the food and they said also that they can't allowed outside food.aftet all this i go to the room which they provided.ther is some kind of smell and also external activity. ok i switched on the tv.there is it..... it's big crack on the tv .i justed hanged out for a day in a very bad room with a cracked tv and very irresponsible staff it's more difficult than you think...
