Checking in this hotel was a horrible nightmare here. Appalling actually! Checked in around 10 in the night and both the receptionist and the security were drunk. Flush wasn't working in the first room and in the second room switch boards, ac remote wasn't working. Toilets were smelly. On asking for a solution, the care taker said "for the price you're paying this is what you get. If you don't like it, you can leave the premise". The property manager then came and he was also drunk and super rude. Oyo helpline after a 45 min call, transferred us to a nearby oyo. There's a bar nearby and everyone is drunk. Avoid it at all costs
The location of this hotel is quite near to Gandhipuram and Ukkadam which makes it ideal for business stay. The rooms are decent clean except for a few cockroaches (uncontrollable, I guess), foul smell of AC in one of the rooms post midnight, damaged false ceiling and TV not working in one of the rooms. The do provide ample space for car parking with a few trees providing natural shade for vehicles at an adjacent property which is welcoming. Given the tariff, strategic location and how the staff Mr. Vineeth was accommodative in catering to our last minute ad hoc request, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay on strict budget. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Vineeth for his last minute arrangements for reserving a room for our family, helping with an electric kettle for my hot drinking water needs and communicating clearly with me as a customer.
Booked a room under OYO. OYO problem Charged for booking advance 250. Complementary food was LIE. Subashree Hotel Reception Worst behaviour. Pricing of OYO is different from Hotel. Very rude people. They tell you they don't have tie up with OYO and billing is hotel discretion. OYO booking price 1600 Hotel price 2100 Real time cheaters with room worth only 800. Room Broken tiles Noisy AC Broken latches Stinky wardrobe Hotel people claims that they don't pricing tie up with OYO. Un professional and unethical people. Special note on One old man very very rude in talking.
Calm and quite place, no restaurant within the property. Value for money. Safe place to stay with family. Hot water available within the bathroom room 6 to 10 am.
Rude impolite elder receptionist. Cost is not related to OYO... OYO also scams and this people also with false details. No restaurant.. Wardrobe is smells bad... Bathroom tiles broken... Toilet smells bad.
Excellent location. Everything else is pretty ordinary. Service is close to non-existent. There is a uncovered open parking available next to the hotel. Parking lot and hotel are not connected.
Washroom was in very bad condition. Taps not working properly. Toilet seat worst condition. Do not recommend it.
I stayed here with my family. Over all stay was gud. Room service was okay too. Just the price was a bit high. Wifi was gud, it had a very gud arranged parking area our driver bhaia told, the main manager I don't know the name he was really very humble, also the night guard was very helpful. Just the the night manager/receptionist/caretaker was a bit puzzled and confused with his job. Just thats the boy you will find the mention in the other's reviews. It had a restaurant/little udupi dhaba just below beside the hotel. Whatever they served was really tasty idli dosa anything also we liked the food because they served us everything with lots of love

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
