Be ready to pay double amount if you booked with online payment. Don't know when they last cleaned. Dont provide fresh sheets. Minus 10 for cleanliness. It's filth.They don't care about special request made while booking. Place smells of cigarette.

Wash room smelled like public toilets. Bedsheets were all spotted. Room was not cleaned. TV channels were not there as it was not charged. Extra money was charged at the time of check in. OYO claimed that it is their premium property, I am not sure how their economy rooms will be.

It was pathetic experience just for namesake and to get customers they kept it as OYO they don't care about the price mentioned in app they'll ask you to Pay some extra amount or to leave. Staff is rude too. Rooms are pathetic full of cigar smell, wash rooms are not clean at all. STRICTLY STAY AWAY

Washroom like public toilet, everything broken and smelly. Shower broken, room with plaster coming out. AC not so proper, no fan at all. Overcharging after booking through Oyo.

They don't have fans in room. Only option is AC but their AC are not perfectly working and it becomes a torture to stay in such hot situation. Washroom badly need maintenance, everything broken and dirty. Receptionist will offer you the worst room and ask for more money everytime from what you paid on app. If you don't argue they'll give a tiny room which will suffocate you. For every problem they have a same response "all rooms are filled and this is the only one left".

Truly horrible experience, extremely rude staff and they charge Rs1000 extra on top of whatever price you paid online. Don't fall for the low prices online, it's all a scam to force you to either pay more for a mediocre room or just lose the amount you paid online

Very bad experience, rooms were not cleaned properly..... 1. There was no TV and set box remote, after telling soo many times also they were not even bother to give it.... 2. All ladies hair were there on the bed, which means they don't even change the bedsheets after the customer goes... Not gone visit this hotel again... Sorry to say this

Terrible experience. To summarise, I had planned to stay for 3 days but checked out way before because of the rooms. Rooms : the rooms were very badly maintained and completely opposite of what is shown in the apps. We had to change two rooms because of this. The toilet had not been cleaned at all, the faucet was faulty, the shower head was broken, the ac remote wasn't working ( adding to that, the windows didn't open and there's no fan available so we had no choice but to sleep in the extreme cold temperature the ac was set at, or the extreme heat of the room). Sheets were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned at all. We had unfortunately made the payment beforehand and were unable to move to a different place due to the time constraint. But this wasn't worth it. Service : the service staff couldn't care less about the quality of the room or the satisfaction of the guests. This place is very close to manyata hence a lot of people would prefer it , but I'd stay please look out for the umpteen better options available nearby as this is not worth your money.
