OYO Townhouse 113 The Shubham Dilsukhnaga Near Miraj Cinemas - Shalini Shivani - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

In spite of negative reviews, I still chose this hotel as it was near my work place. I booked here but the reception person said your confirmation was not received. But I have received confirmation mail from Agoda. Froud people plz don't go here. 1) Booked this hotel online,and paid part payment balance was supposed to pay at the hotel. When asked receptionist gave unacceptable reason saying it was technical glitch on website giving less price. Rooms were not cleaned stains all over the wall,beds are not comfortable. Tv was not working when asked staff to fix they said none of televisions working in the hotel. Overall it was worst experience it was not upto the standards. My sincere advice do not book this hotel, if you still want to book,go ahead and do not pay online,pay at desk.

High price Rooms are looking clean but not actually clean as cockroaches coming out side in the night when you turn off the light with you girlfriend No 3 start hotel category found in this. Badsheets and blankets should be more clean

Service is very worst, rooms also worst, I will pay 1200 rupees per one night staying but he is not given bill very worst response

Rooms were dirty with cockroaches and insects roaming everywhere. Restrooms were dirty too. Blankets, bedsheets are like what are they even cleaned after every use ? TV was there for name sake without any remote Will not recommend for couple or family. 2 stars given for the Airconditioing as it's the only thing seemed working properly

Don't book this hotel at all One of the worst hotel in Hyderabad We booked the hotel in agoda But they didn't accept the booking They are giving the rooms to those who come directly and with high price Please don't book this hotel And they simply say error in software The booking was not showing like that reasons they will say And they won't respond to any third party customer care to cancel the booking And the people are the worst in the reception Please check all the reviews

They didn't accept Oyo app booking amount. Fraud staff They charge high amount No neatness no clean Cockroaches are there

Unfortunately, I cannot put zero stars on this place. Such a bad property in terms of customer communication. DO NOT book it online, I repeat NEVER EVER book the room online for god's sake! The property manager is very intelligent that he play all kind of games to make sure you never get your money back. Poor OYO customer service agents are not capable of understanding his cheap tricks. I booked a room for 2 days and went to the google map address that I received in my confirmation email. When I was at the check-in desk, the frontdesk guy says no rooms are available and they have a problem with online booking. So he asked me to call the customer care and I'll get the refund. When I called Oyo customer care they connected me with the property manager. When I explained about the whole situation he says that I went to a wrong location, go to the right location his hotel is on top of the chutneys restaurant (which is actually on top of Dadu's now) and he'll give the room. I literally went to the same location which the google map or my confirmation message pointed out. Oyo customer care sent the same address again through email, when I went again in the middle of the night, and the same story repeats. I don't know if I get any refund or not but the Oyo customer care says they escalated the issue to their internal team and wait for 48hrs. Literally I end up not having a room for two days when I paid online. The property manager's name is Darima Yadav and he plays all kind of games to distract the Oyo customer care guys that it's a customer's problem but not his property's problem. He says "he have rooms available and customer went to the wrong address, which is his way to escape and get money from online bookings."
