The room was not clean. The intercom wasn't working. Behaviour was very bad at reception. No complementary drinking water also. I asked for plates, instead they provided plastic plates, after visiting reception twice. They provided a blanket after I asked for it. Overall experience was average.
Location is best. Service also best , but rooms are too bad condition. OYO Townhouse is based on the needs of the millennial traveller. 1.If ur going directly then they will treat u well or else u have to wait 2.if you stay for a couple of days then don't expect they will clean your room, bcz after saying them multiple times to change bedsheets and towels they haven't bothered at all. I went here by seeing reviews but unsatisfied 3. Coming to the food part it's horrible, I couldn't explain it & they won't even allow outside food too...
In OYO app I booked deluxe room, but the owners are gave me a tiny or classic room at rate of deluxe room. And also the tiny room's ac was not working, then I complaint to hotel owner they could not response properly.
Room is not so big but ok. No wardrobe in rooms. They don't have inhouse resturant. I think they took food from outside. Because all foods that I ordered, was not hot. Otherwise service is good. I think they need to put curtain on windows. It's feel secure and look good.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Dirty smelly rooms , no water in washrooms . Washroom door nobs broken. Rude behaviour by the receptionist.
I asked to change my room as it was too dirty. When I checked Blanket of Next room, it was having food item's gravy on it. When I checked 3rd room, it was not sweeped at all. Finally they offered me 4th room which was bit livable but washroom door handle was broken. The final conclusion "At 800 bucks this was a good choice given the locality". We have to adjust if we are choosing budget rooms. Food was very tasty and affordable though.
Ealier I have also taken a early checkin on this hotel. There was no extra amount was charged, this time they 20% charged extra. Ealier when I stayed here I ordered biryani which was having better taste even it was have eggs on it. For this seems they ordered from different resturant something and the biryani quantity was quite low which was not expectable. Other than that its all good hotel safe for couples.
