OYO Townhouse 1071 Hotel Metro Inn Residency Near ISKCON Temple Noida - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

The room was extremely durty and the staff was mis behave, no manner of talking even when the owner of this oyo was there, even the owner was also not well behaved. They are providing dirty room and the bed sheet was so derty and smelling. Bathroom was not higiene and was so much dust and dirt. On the bedsheet was some kind red and smelling mark wad there that why we didn't stayed there and still they have did checked in and chedked out If there was a possibility to give -ve star, i could rate this hotel negative star.

It was a nightmare they are pure scammers. They have fake photos on oyo. The AC was from scrapyard. Room was in horrible state... Broked headrest of bad... Room not clean. Bathroom stinking.... Broken tiles... Not a single thing was in shape. Couldn't stay there for even 10 min And to top it all your money is just gone.

What shown in pictures is miles apart from actuality. Rooms were dirty. Bedding was dirty. Upon complaining I got reply, this is what we have stay or don't stay. The room which I got didnt even have proper walls! It was like a big hall partitioned through plastic sheets. Also, outside food is not allowed!! And on ordering something, they never had that at the time. Horrible experience. I will surely never go to this place again.

It was a pleasure staying at this property,It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes walking from Noida Sector 50 metro station. Metro In is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Food is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed well. I will definitely stay there again.Nothing...

When we first reached the property (after being denied check in at our previous hotel), the owner told us that he didn't have any booking by our name (he even showed us his phone, there wasn't any booking under our name) but in our phone, the app was showing confirmed booking. As for the hotel infrastructure, it was good except for the fact that every floor had extra rooms made from aluminum walls which were not shown in the photographs. Also, the light in our room was not connected to just our room but also somewhere downstairs and someone kept switching it off. Even when we told them several times. Rest was okay.

Hotel is very beautiful. Room is very specious. Location is very nice. Greenary before the hotel is looking very nice . I have never seen Jaguwar toilet sheet and wash basin feeting in a budget hotel but this hotel have fitted this. Food is delecious and staff behaviour is also soft.

Hotel was good. Ac was working well. There was no blanket. That was one concern. Also, water was provided when we asked for it. They also charged 12% GST extra. That should be mentioned in the app Stay was good over all

Not provided any Kit. They had stoped at 1 hour more at reception area just for told us Cleaning work in progress. Also Charge 1178Rs but I had booked room from oyo app 908Rs . extra cash demanded always in oyo Hotel when we go anywhere.
