MUST READ: It's Murphy's law with this hotel, what can go wrong will go wrong. AC didn't cool properly, bathroom was filthy and basin simply didn't have a tap. No food inside the property but they have 'outside food not allowed' posters all over the place. Reached early morning, had to bang the main gate for half an hour despite informing them about early check-in multiple times prior. To put the nail in the coffin, there were three powercuts in the middle of the night and I had to go down each time, sweating profusely, to wake up the staff so they switch on back up. The location is also in weird bylane which every cab is bound to miss. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
The worst hotel and worst stay ever..Oyo townhouse is supposed to be the premier hotel of Oyo but the room was dirty,washroom was dirty,AC was leaking..The staff behaviour was very bad and no help or service was provided...They were like ki rehna hai to raho jana hai to jao hm kya karein...Not safe for a family or girls stay...It was disgusting...No help or refund or shifting provided by OYO also...Never going to book any OYO again

The worst experience of my life in a hotel - 1. Wifi was not available throughout my stay. 2. AC was not working. 3. Change my room because of the ineducate facilities. 4. Bathroom knock was not working because of which there was unlimited stress. 5. Room was uncleaned. 6. Basic amenities like water was not available. 7. TV was not recharged. 8. Never going to book OYO in my Life.
Whenever there is a booking on lower prices or special prices, i denied check in and i either have to wait and call customer care so that they can add complimentary amount in hotel's account or they give me options to either cancel or shift to another available property. Staff get frustrated due to all these check-in issue and out of frustration becomes rude to customer. All the body lotions and hand/body wash should carry a expiry date. I have seen body lotion which was expired being refilled in the washroom bottle. No wifi above ground floor.
