This is conveniently located near Park Circus crossing. It is being renovated now for better facilities. The place is old and is reputed. You can easily access the EM Bypass, and travel to the south, central, and north Kolkata. Park Street is very close.

Booking was done by tribo hotels and room pictures which we show and the room given was completely different 0% match to quality described by photo. 1. The room was smelling damp and felt like a year of closed room given to us. 2. It was good that they have provided spring mattress to us but spring was completely down like I got a back pain on sleeping on that bed. 3. Ordered food and water it took 2hrs to reach to room. N number complete list like wise ..... Suggestion to book 1 night on tranjit if require.

Room was very nice. Staffs are very polite. Good location. You can book Uber form sealdah station cost 130-150 rupees. Foods are too much costly. Briyani's taste was worst!!! No egg no salad only one piece chicken for RS 250. Please improve foods items.

Our overall experience was amazing with this hotel. but only a few things that are not good. the rooms are not the same as shown in the images. and everywhere things are falling apart. rooms are very small. The tv was not working so many times I told at reception to fix that and they said yes but didn't fix. The remote is very dirty. i found women hair on the bedsheet. staff behavior at reception is amazing. this is the first hotel i stayed that doesn't have any problem with online payment and the booking amount. overall it's a nice stay except for a few things which i think can be improved.

Hotel is decent, but staff members are not co operative. They have not provided water bottles & towels when we got the key. Even after asking for it continuously finally got it after 4 calls. Reception guys are good responsive but rest is like, we are not paying here and just living. Not a good experience being here.

Definitely not worth the price, terrible hygiene, room service and shady. I wouldn't visit here again. I'm not sure what the hotel used to be like, but it is definitely not worth the price anymore. For this cost, I was expecting a lot more from the room, at least cleanliness. I had to move from two rooms, because the mattress was completely destroyed, I could feel the metal beneath. The acs weren't working properly either. Out of all three rooms I was shown, I choose this one, there was no curtains no blinds, just a torn piece of cloth. There was mould in the room, which was disgusting. Imagine being in a closed room with mould on the walls, no furniture apart a cupboard and a TV (Definitely no Netflix on here, just cable!) The bedsheets and duvet was torn and stained, and there was no toilet roll in the bathroom or any shower gel. The food from the restaurant was terrible too, for 250, a plate of chicken hakka noodles there was barely any chicken, I got three tiny pieces and there was no taste. The only thing that tasted good was the fish fingers, and lassi but everything else was terrible. Oh not to mention, I wasn't given any towels either but I'm not sure I would have even wanted them considering the lack of hygiene in this place.

Very poor experience I have experienced in that hotel. The room was very dirty and especially the bathroom. The facilities were nothing to attract anybody. Water was empty at morning and the worst part was that I was calling them about this but no action taken as soon as possible because it was check out time. No bucket, no towel, no tv subscription. And I was booked a classic room and further they gave us a small room and what was they were calling that all rooms are same. are they give extra mineral water the charges was very high like each bottle 35rs. I don't know why people give fake impression over internet. Kindly see the things especially the services.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel.They will scam you!! I booked rooms through MMT and the payment was also done but when I reached the hotel they told me all the rooms were books and i was told to go somewhere else. I didn't get any notification before or there was no call made by any hotel staff about the inconvenience. Not just me there were many other guests that were not given rooms despite of them having their bookings. After sometime the receptionist told me to talk with the oyo customer care. And the customer executive told me that rooms were available but at a higher rate. So if i wanted to have a room i had to pay even more. At that point i had no other option since i was travelling with my parents and we were in a hurry. So i asked what about the booking i have done through make my trip. They told, they can cancel that and book it fresh through oyo if I was ready to pay the increased room rate through oyo. It's a complete scam. They make people come to their hotel by making people book cheap rooms available in different websites but when the guests actually arrive they say they don't have rooms and will make u pay much more if u want a room. And most importantly if they can't accommodate people they shall notify us or shall contact their guests. There are certain ruled that a hotel has to follow. And talking about the hygiene, it looked so good in pictures but actually was soooooo dirty. It was smelling sooo bad so so bad. I have never stayed in a hotel which is so pathetic both in terms of ethics as well as aesthetics.
