OYO Townhouse 080 Meera Bagh - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

Hotel just opened a week or so ago. They are not upto the mark. Need to build a robust service and facilities so that they can cater to customer's effectively. No happy so far. Food quality was not good. Linen was dirty. Staff creates so much noise entire night that it becomes next to impossible to sleep and rest. And yes electricity is another issue. In my case went and I had to be without electricity for around half an hour. Though they changed my room afterwords.

Very good location - on road. Very polite staff along with smooth check in. 1 star less because we booked 2 rooms in the hotel. One room was ready and the staff said that the other one is getting ready in 5 mins. After 5 mins. we called reception and they asked to wait for another 5 to 10 mins. So, we asked the staff that we expected to get the room ready early as we checked in 1.5 hrs post check-in time. It must be due to this time pressure that we got room with uncleaned bathroom. Another issue was that we tried to get in touch with hotel before the check in time to ensure that rooms are ready, but couldn't get through the reception, tried multiple times and different numbers. Otherwise, overall a nice stay. Recommended.

Rooms were extremely unhygienic. I had to leave the hotel within 10 minutes of checking in because I discovered blood stains and other stains on the linen and pillows, feces stains in the toilet, broken toilet seat and literally hundreds of mosquitos in the room and lobby area.. I didn't have any other option but to book this oyo townhouse as it was one of the very few hotels available near the wedding venue we were attending. But please never make this mistake.. on top of it there's no reply on the oyo app about any sort of full refund.. basically about 5.5k down the drain.. NEVER BOOK OYO

I booked this hotel on Valentine's Day to surprise my girlfriend. The level of Townhouse is on another level. You can't compare Townhouse with other Budget, Flagship or Premium categorie hotels of OYO. Rooms are well furnished and clean. I really like the colour combination. The Manager allowed me to do the decoration in the room on floor only. You can see that in the pic.

Most pathetic experience. Very shabby hotel, dirty linen, toilets not clean. Only 1 person in night to help. Customer care is useless. It took us 2 hours to get linen from the person but still dirty. Water supply stopped when I was bathing and it was shocker in the morning. Complete hotel was dirty. Breakfast in dirty vessels and nobody to attend. I think Oyo is not able to manage because of very fast speed. Poor experience with Oyo third time.

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in my life. Bed was dirty and full of hair. I could see a shoe foot print on the pillow. staffs were ok but I got dust allergy by staying in this hotes. I had a trust on OYO but I will never go there again. I spent INR 2400 expected a 2 star facility. The 100 rupees local Lodge is better than this hotel. DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Room was totally dirty with old bedsheets n blanket n bathrooms were not clean. Booked oyo townhouse thinking that it will be better than other oyo rooms but it was horrible, lift wasn't working and we didn't get breakfast even at 8am. They said it's cold so they will start late. So this is my 2nd bad Oyo experience. So my suggestion is don't go with the photo n check d room n then pay.

Honestly they don't change lenen for months. The one who just checked out from their room the another person check-in to the same room.... leave everything you just see the white shirt receptionist wear..... I can't prefer townhouse to anyone it is better to book any abc hotel...
