OYO Townhouse 074 Nampally - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Had to book it for a friend of mine we loved this place a lot. Everything about was good right from hotel staff to promising services to cleanliness. we got the balcony special room which is in first floor. It's on the main road and easy to find has good parking and a proper lift to make your life easy. Taking one star only because couldn't watch cricket match due to unavailability of a working set top box which was out of balance. Else everything was on top notch.

Just a OK hotel. The room and bathroom were clean but not the cleanest you see in free hotels. The bathroom shower looked old but it was ok to take a shower. The air conditioner didn't seem to work or was old and needed replacement. The complimentary breakfast was a huge disappointment. It didn't look hygiene place. All the food was left open and the silverware were not cleaned good. It has a parking space which is a big advantage. The hotel looked ok to bring your family. Overall it was ok hotel.

The stay was nice also the rooms are well maintained and clean. Few of the issues which could have been avoided to make our stay better. 1. The ceiling fan above the bed is quite noisy we couldn't turn it on during entire stay. 2. Cooling of the AC is very slow 3. TV is not working also TV remote was not there in the room while checking-in 4.Water bottles were not there in the room 5. The botttle containing shower gel was empty. Though it is understood that the hotel is near to the transit which means there are continuous check-in and Check out happening throughout the day and it remains busy the above mentioned issues could have been avoided with proper supervision.

Lovely property with all amenities expect restaurant. But overall wonderful experience. Located near to Nampally metro station as well as Hyderabad deccan railway station, value for money & hotel is exactly the same shown in google photos. Highly satisfied recommend for corporate travellers also.

A place with attracting snaps with full of surprises from cockroaches on beds,toilets, everytime need to ask for liquid soaps and room cleaning, after complaining desk person telling us to keep all on review, got good sleep in pest control smell for all three nights,awesum hotel without service. Donot go there on seeing just beautiful pictures on online. Beware having breakfast as cockroaches wondering near your food too, my 3 night stay was very horrible and pathetic with my own family

Staff is friendly. Internet speed is good. Location is good. Building is good. But, Very poorly maintained. Did not get clean bedsheets (Oyo claims they provide clean and cheap hotels). Breakfast place was very dirty. The staff was there but they did not clean the dining tables. Food was cold. They did not have any place to heat the food. Room 108 has spit near window. Also the shower handle is broken(it is just hanging and feels like it is proper but try turning the shower ON and you will come to know).The bathroom floor had muddy footmarks of people who previously stayed meaning it was not cleaned. The soap dispenser in bathroom was empty and I had to call and ask for it. You can get better Oyos at this price.

We Stayed recently here, property is not maintained well, cockroaches were found every where in the room, bathroom, on the bed and even in the breakfast provided. No drinking water provided in the room, AC remote was not working, water taps were coming in hand while turning on, TV channels were not working as management has not paid the recharge charges. Only few staffs are present in the hotel. When we complain about these issues, staffs were not responding properly and giving a casual answer like "we are just an employees here and can't do much about these issues. Please mention your concern in the feedback form" They are charging between 3000 to 5000 per day. Considering all the above issues, according to me this hotel is not even worth for Rs 500 per day. Since management had failed to provide the service and solution, I am planning to launch a complaint in the consumer court with photos and vedios that I have taken during my stay.

1. The receptionist was totally insane. He misbehaved at the time of entry it self. 2. The hotel is not like it looks in the photographs. 3. No service for any thing like luggage or anything. 4. There were cockraches in the rooms and bathrooms. 5. There was no clean and managed laundry there. 6. The hotal was mess the dustbin and food plates were lying everywhere. 7. No dine in is there. OYO is making fool of people by showing fake pictures. Over all it was hell.
