OYO Townhouse 061 GCDA Kakkanad Signal - Hotel in Kakkanad, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

No value for money.Not at all professional.They made me wait for almost 20min to get the room ready even though I had made payment online. I had checked in little late and what I understood is that they had given the room to some of their acquaintance.The bathroom ,bed sheets and all were not clean.They even denied me the complimentary breakfast for which I had already paid.But later they changed their mind and asked me what I wanted for breakfast. I am really disappointed.Never choose this one.Please take a look at detailed Google reviews many people have faced similar issues.

The accommodation is good for the tartif they charge, sufficient parking is provided. The property is near good restobars and restaurants. The property is at a prime location.

The place is never suitable for family. May be suitable for bachelors. The staff behaviour was very poor. If you call the staff and ask for any service, they provide it very late. Some times you have ask multiple times.Also there was water dripping from the AC. Even after reporting they attended it only after 5-6 hours. Also parking space is also very less. The rooms are adjustable. They do provide hot water 24/7.

Avoid this dirty disgusting OYO at all costs!!! This hotel was closer to my office, so I decided to stay for the night, which I now regret it. I'd rather sleep for free on a dirty floor with my own bed sheet and pillow. During check-in, I found that the receptionist was drunk. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the bed sheets, pillow cases, comforter, towels, and floors were dirty (check the pictures I uploaded for this review). When I asked housekeeping to change the sheets, he said it was because of stains and changes to even dirty sheets. Also air conditioning was more like fan. I couldn't leave the room because it was late; otherwise, I would have run. On top of that, it is recommended in the OYO app. Families stay away this is more like bachelors place. Save your money and don't book this one even you don't find a room in the city.

Right from the check in to check out.. Awesome. Room was spacious..and clean with full of happiness. Clean washroom. Hot water was available. TV was not functioning for which I will reduce one star. I got the breakfast which was assured during the booking. But my first time stay was disappointing in that. Overall super and prime location. Will book another room here sure .

If there was zero star, I would have given that. I booked this hotel for my relatives. We checked in at night 10 pm and the manager said the room is ready. But when we entered the room, it was totally disgusting. the room was full of smoke and alchohol smell. and there were stains in the Bedsheets and pillows. I Booked this room for them to attend my brother's marriage.But when I informed the manager regarding these issues, he said there is no issues with the room and I m drunk. I felt cheated and insulted totally.We spent there only for 10 mins and he didn't even apologize for what he said.Dont even think about staying in this hotel. I have lodged a consumer complaint in oyo and I don't know how this becomes the top rated oyo property in kochi.Stay away from this property.

The stay was good, 24/7 hot water available , washroom Nd room pretty nice But even after confirming the breakfast before checkin also they denied breakfast in the morning that made us feel cheated..which they could actually tell us if not possible. They do not provide breakfast though its complimentary in OYO. Not a good place for family to stay. The rooms were clean but the building is all dusted and the pathway of stiars were looking like storeroom with lot of cleaning accessories on staurs here and there kept. Quite Nd calm place but kind of difficult to find the place.. !

The room was very slippery. Bath rooms were worst slippery as well as not clean. Tata sky not recharged. No coffee maker and even tea service was denied. The water pressure was very low in WC and we have to keep on flushing. Towels were dirty and torn. Location very very isolated. Very unsafe to stay considering security as well as healthy.
