OYO Townhouse 034 Hitech City Road - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Not the value for money. They are charging more for the kind of service they provide. No doubt room are specious and illuminated, washroom smells. No exhaust in the bathroom. No pressure in shower. Warm water is difficult to get. Positive - location, breakfast. But I won't recommend and won't chose this chain for the next trip.

First thing to mention about hotel is rude staff. They were very rude and doesn't at all acknowledge your concern. Second thing is this is not even a 1* hotel. This is claiming as 3* is absolute trash. If you are coming alone into this hotel, don't worry. You will be having cockroaches accompanying you. Cleanliness is jus a joke. You can find strain on bed sheets as well. Never recommended for ones who want to have a peaceful stay. Rest is upto you.

Worst hotel experience ever. Firstly, key to the room wasn't provided. The receptionist said to just close the door without any lock since there are cameras installed. We were on 6th floor and there was a street dog in the corridor who was constantly harassing the guests. One time it even came inside the room. And I suspect he was suffering from some disease. There were broken tapes in the baathroom. The AC was working initially but after 2 days it stopped and when we communicated the same to the owner he told us that it can be only repaired tomorrow and he certainly can't change the room. No room service for the entire 5 day stay. There were no water bottles in the hotel we had to buy it from outside. Calling Oyo customer care also didn't helped. I think these guys should learn how to properly treat guests. Only money minded people there. Even 500 rupee room in my hometown can provide better service then these people.

One incident that probably took away my trust on OYO's completely. I would always appeal rather request to the users only pay once you check the room yourself personally. - That toilet. Pathetic! - Poor Maintenance, no basic amenities have been provided: no water, no towels, no toiletries, no AC remote, broken and patched walls, ripped borders, very dirty blanket, one house keeping staff running everything. The property owner was very clear on business: - I get 100's of customers like you and can't keep run this business paying certain percentage to OYO so I'll charge more here to walk-in customers and give them good rooms and dirty ones to people who look for discounted/ less priced ones. I requested them to change the room, they said: that's the only room available but later they accommodated more customers. I payed at the reception desk by cash and they denied paying back when I asked to cancel due to non availability and poor maintenance. I'll attach the photos if I'm allowed here! Very very traumatic experience from OYO & this hotel I've spent atleast 2-3 hours on phones but no resolution is given. I'd not recommend this hotel at all.

Budget stay Free breakfast just have a single option mostly. When I visited their restaurant was closed so outside food was allowed. Hot water available and the services are good. You also may need to pay for the water bottles as they won't provide anything for free

Hyderabad, in general, is a place full of cheaters. Never going to visit Hyderabad ever again. Everyone is looking for a chance to cheat and make money. Anyway, on the first day, me and my friend visited this hotel to book a room for one night. They charged us Rs1700. On the next day, my friend went to the reception to extend our stay by 3 more days. Luckily, the owner was present at the reception and he asked my friend to sign on the logbook. It was then that my friend noticed that Rs1500 was logged as the price we paid for the first day. My friend showed all the proofs of our Rs1700 payment (all payments were done online) and the receptionist said we'll 'soon' get the Rs200 refund. Fast forward to today, we are back to our hometown without any refund.

Service is poor. Rooms are not well maintained. When they started it newly it was good. Now it is same like other OYO's. I tried changing three rooms because of cleanliness but all of look same, so I stayed in the same room which is given to me. The whole lobby smells of cigar. They mention that alcohol and smoking not allowed but that's for name sake. Not at all a good stay for family

3rd class hotel . Not at all recommended for stay. Very poor service. No room boy available. The rooms are dirty. AC not working. TV not working. Phone not working.No bed lenins. No soaps. Rude behaviour of staff's. Oyo worst experience. Overall very bad experience
