OYO Townhouse 023 CR Park Near Lotus Temple - Hotel in New Delhi - South East, India

A genuine feedback sitting at the hotel lobby. I had pre-booked the hotel from 5th-6th Dec & again from 6th Dec to 8th Dec. I reached the hotel at 5:00 AM and was denied check-in. -First, never book the hotel from OYO application. -Second, the hotel will deny your check-in the moment you reach here, even if you have pre-booked the hotel through the OYO application. -No point calling the OYO Customer care as they are a scam too, they will neither shift you to any hotel or refund you the amount. -Even if you fight your way logically with the receptionist for your booking & rooms, they will charge you extra amount, I was asked to pay extra 666/- for my first booking. -For my second booking, I was asked to either pay 1800/- extra or either take a refund from OYO for the amount paid. -At the end had to pay extra 4000/- at the hotel(For which I had paid 3400/- already) -Do not forget the endless argument with OYO & the hotel receptionist(Chandan) Suggestion: All the previous feedbacks here are genuine, the place is a scam do not go by the photos. All the negetive feedbacks shared by other travellers are very much true. Do not book this place.

I would advise against reserving this place. While the photos might appear appealing, the actual environment is quite disappointing. There's a noticeable lack of cleanliness, with unsightly red stains (potentially paan-related) blemishing the walls. The washroom is exceptionally cramped and emits an unpleasant odor. It's not the room's size that's concerning, but rather the pervasive cleanliness and maintenance issues. Problem is not with the size of the room, the problem is with cleanliness and how dirty the room is. You would not want to touch the walls let alone sleep on those stained bedsheets. Don't even bother to engage with OYO customer care as they will not be able to provide you with any help.

We have stayed 4 Night in this Hotel. Price: 1916/- Per night for Double Bed Room * Rooms are Good. ** Rooms switches, Power plugs, are damaged or useless * No electric kettle for hot water. * Service is really very poor. Whenever you ask for room service they took a long time, and whenever you ask them for fresh bedsheets, towels, pillow covers ever time those are in laundry. * They provide first time mineral waters after that for each bottle you have to pay 50/- per bottle. So I'll recommend buy the same from outside. * Bathrooms are small, and there is no Bucket or mug available, they have showers and hand showers. * Otherwise, bed is big and relaxing, AC chilled, Water force is very good. Overall I'll give rating 2 out of 5.. As per Price, like below 2000/- it's quite good. If you are paying more than 2000 than go for another choice.

Very poor townhouse. Charges extra on arrival plus rooms aren't as displayed on the app. Very small and congested rooms with strong smoking smell all over!! Poor experience and cancelled my stay!

They overbook rooms. When I reached the hotel almost 2 hours after the scheduled check in time, I was asked to wait for a couple of hours. I was not the only one who faced this. There were others in the lobby who were also waiting for more than two hours and were still not assigned a room. Fortunately I could call the customer care of Agoda, get the booking cancelled and obtain a refund. In case you need to book a Oyo Townhouse in South Delhi, book the one in GK1. Much better service.

One of the worst experiences that can happen. 1. Price of the hotel changed after i checked in. So i booked at 2000 and was aksed to pay 2700 2. No toiletries were provided 3. Food was below par. 4. Room was stinking and had stains all across including bedsheets. Avoid the HOTEL

Terrible experience. Pathetic stay.Poorly maintained rooms with dirty linen. No kettle provided nor toiletries. Even after booking through Agoda app, we had to pay Rs 2000 extra as they said you cant get rooms at such a low price at that location. Washbasin was broken. Room was stinking. There were not ready to change either the room or change the bed linen. Not recommended to stay in this property ever.

Having a bad experience, lots of cockroaches are in the room. room service is also not as per standard I ordered some food and they ask me to pay the bill immediately in night 11pm.
