Very good hotel budget friendly Room's are too good I happy with coustomar service

Very friendly staff, only too happy to help. Actually extended my stay bcs of this! Ok, its basic, but right in middle of town with easy access to facilities and rail link to Mumbai. As of 09/10/23, the OyO Townhouse 16 is no more, its been demolished to make way for an apartment block.

It's true what all the other reviews have mentioned - the location is awful. The surroundings are terrible and the entry and exit roads are heavily congested. Expect to wait a half hour for a cab. The area around is industrial, busy and not scenic by any means. The hotel itself has a great deal of room for improvement. The corridors smell moldy and musty. They need a fresh coat of paint. I saw mold in the wall. That's not good for your health. The rooms are compact yet functional. The bed, sheets etc all clean and towels too. The bathroom was clean. The room without air conditioning smells musty. Maybe a new coat of paint and some better ventilation will help solve the issue. The free breakfast here is just basic and nothing to write about. Average to sub par. The room service items were horrible. My French fries were dripping in oil, some burnt and the veg pav was just a greasy, tasteless mess. The coffee - you get better road side coffee. The staff are polite and try hard but this hotel needs a make over desperately and that coupled with the location is why I give this a 2 star rating. Not staying here again. If you're looking for something close to the airport, consider looking at another area. Cheers & Stay Frothy!

So I landed up here pretty late in the night after a party and it was a random booking which I hadn't thought much about. But this turned out to be one of my best stays with a really well spoken and mannered staff. Your rooms here will be cozy and clean. It also has a working TV with channels unlike other hotels. Rooms are not very big but a good enough size. Getting here is really easy because it lies on the metro belt of OYO and Saki Naka is the closest metro, but if you're coming by car, you'll find ample parking outside the OYO (construction is going around so you might find your car covered in dust the next morning). It's a good hotel, safe and comfortable for a couple or even a family. Breakfast could be a little better but the spread isn't very disappointing either.

I've attended one of my friends wedding. Guys honestly food was yuk's. Wrost quality food. Catering service very very bad. No proper space. Congested, No parking place. My advice never celebrate any grand event in this hotel. Seriously

I visited here with my Gf on Christmas day. It costed me approx 2000 for a single day. The behavior of staff was too good. we were offered some nuts popcorns and cookies when we entered in the room. The room was clean. and in the morning, we were offered a buffet for breakfast. Overall my experience for this property was Amazing

Spacious conference room. Adequately provided materials for conducting the conference. The food is better than average but nothing to write home about. Service is prompt and courteous. The only issue we had was that one of the desserts had gone sour but they quickly replaced it as soon as it was brought to their attention.

I stayed 2 days with my family. I would like to thanks to all hotel staff, they all were very helpful. Food qualities is very very good with reasonable price. Room were specious as we thought in Mumbai we will have small rooms but Oyo townhouse has very specious rooms. Special thanks too whole staff who helped us to celebrate my son's birthday in the hotel they decorated a area with balloons and also participated in enjoyment which we like very much. I have never thought this kind of birthday arrangements in the hotels. Always suggest this property for pleasant and stay. Thanks Sunil
