OYO Tom And Jerry - Hotel in Yercaud, Mallapuram Chat R.F. - Salem, India

This hotel do not even deserve one star. Staff behaviour is very very rude, unprofessional. I booked Delux room with balcony, AC etc., however was provided with a normal room with no balcony or AC. Not even the toiletries was given. When asked for the same, the staff behaved very rudely and did not assist. As I had a three year old kid with me, i had no option but to stay for one night. No food is available in the hotel, they wont even provide glass or plates even if you bring food from outside. Please do NOT pay in advance if you plan to stay in this hotel, they will take you for granted and treat you very badly. I am writing this review so that you dont face the same as we did. Please pay little more and stay in a hotel who will treat their guests with respect. Very disheartened to write such long review.

Pros:Small rooms withing budget. rooms are clean. Quite and nice place. Neg: They are not changing bed spreads and pillows between stays. Risky at covid times. Frequent power cuts is there. Getting hot water is nightmare.

I stayed here with my friends. The place was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and neat.Definitely, a good 5 star rating service. The staffs were super responsive. We ordered only breakfast and that was quite sufficient and tasty..with this price tag, definitely a super serving hotel. But, one thing i experienced that i felt, it was not appreciable, they asked me to book rooms via OYO by next time.. I know why they asked me like that..but,that's ok... Satisfying!!!

We stayed on 4 th october 2019. Hotel manager told us to call them directly and block rather than go by oyo, trivago and other apps, as they lose 25% of their earnings. Also in the next room, a group of 8-10 guests were using the hotel staff to fetch liquor and these boys were noisy and loud all through the night. They sat in the open area / garden outside our room and made a ruckus all night long. The hotel staff did not intervene or ask them to keep noise low... knowing fully well that other hotel visitors are getting disturbed. In spite of our personal repeated requests to not make loud noise/ talk, They caused so much disturbance that we were hardly able to sleep. We went to Yercaud for calmness, peace in a noiseless environment, but we got the opposite. In our room, the walls had dampness due to water seapage. I dont think this hotel can be recommended for families. Its good for bachelors and drunkards. Complimentary Breakfast option is minimum. Overall, poor service. i will never stay there again.

Excellent place for family stay. Spacious room, 24/7 power backup, neat and clean.

Iam booking deluxe room.its wonderful room And bathroom also clean .hotel has good view .if you couples safe and secure place.wonderful Room for this budget.

Safety hotel. Car / bike parking available. Morning tiffen I paid in online so they gave me kal dosa 3 piece for each. It's super taste. First floor 2 types of room available with balcony and without balcony. Better choose with balcony. View from hotel is good.

Nice place... but far from bus stand, there is no medium to travel to bus stand...like share auto or bus.. we need to walk nearly 3km. If we have a vehicle there is no problem, that's a best place to stay.
