OYO Tipsyy Inn 015 - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

I was cheated by OYO last time. Had booked another hotel but booking got automatically cancelled and they ask me to book any hotel at same price so O booked this hotel. It was late at night and I was so tierd. Anyway I reached there and this hotel Tipsyy inn 015 denied to give me room and ask for extra 300 if I need room. I paid the amount because I had no other choice. Also they charged me water bottle and glass and that too was over priced. Paid 70 rs for RO water and 10 for one used plastic glass. Worst experience so far by OYO. I have asked for refund of 300 but OYO denied. Another scam is by manager at the hotel. He has taken my phone at the tine of check out and said that in app I will return your 250 rs. Instead he has given himself and hotel 5 star rating with good review. What a scam.

The conditions of the room were very bad. Not clean, no tv, so many stains on the bed sheet, classic rooms are in underground, so no proper ventilation. They did not provide any soap, shampoo , drinking water, or anything. Everything you have to buy separately. The hotel doesn't follow oyo rules, they have their own rules, but they will use the oyo platform for more customers.

Worst experience because of bad behaviour of hotel incharge and he pushed us to pay more as we book through Oyo and paid through Oyo. He shouted at us we won't take any paid bookings and try to put us in critical situation in night and we have no place to go. So he pushed us to pay more and very bad behaviour of staff.

Very bad very disappointed never expected this bad behaviour from staffs bad rooms nothing is good to tell about this poor service

They ask double charge wat booking amount shows.. the room so cheap and dirty they ask up to 2000 for low and cheap quality rooms

One of the best budget hotel in gurgaon . Every room have kitchen... Room size is also good...

As a google local guide, i m not going to be biased with the properties as i get perks to review properties. Honestly there were cleanliness issues. One can find dust over table tops and windows. Bedsheets and towels were not smelling nice. I made atleast 4 to 5 calls for all-out, because room was full of mosquitoes. And when i tried to open the balcony , the lock came out in my hand. It took more than an hour for my food to arrive, where i was promised 30 to 40 minutes. Tv wasn't working properly. Only 2 or 3 channels were working. It takes great efforts to take out some time out time for yourself and you pay money to avail the services atleast which are displayed on your mobile screen. I am so sorry but i am highly disappointed by this property.
