The entire experience starting from the booking process to the check in was horrible. I've booked many Oyo before and never had such a terrible experience before. I booked the Hotel at 8pm. Oyo app showed that booking is confirmed and I can check in. I still wanted to call the Hotel reception and inform I'd be reaching the Hotel late. I called twice and I answer. I then called Oyo customer service and informed them, they said i can check in anytime. Anyway, we reached the Hotel very late around 2 am and we were extremely tired riding our Motorcycles all the way from Bangalore. Once reaching the Hotel, the manger guessed my booking and said that I have to pay Rs 1300 extra. He blamed Oyo for cheating the Hotel. He said they Oyo i formed them i would be reaching late. If there was a issue with the tariff, why wasn't i informed earlier? Why wasn't it shown on the OYO app? Anyway, after a tiring road trip i spent about 30 - 45 mins talking to Oyo customer service and they somehow gave me the room without paying anything extra. Next comes the breakfast part. I have paid extra for breakfast in the OYO app itself. We woke up around 10 am expecting breakfast to be serviced. We called the reception and they said breakfast time is only till 10 am and now if we order breakfast we'll have to pay extra. This is extremely unprofessional and horrible. I was very disappointed and was ready to pay for it. However, the manager made a few calls and provided complimentary breakfast (which i'd paid earlier in the app) and all we got was a butter sandwich with one piece of tomato and cucumber. This hotel is not here to serve the guests. It's Here to loot people. Overall the management is horrible and needs to be changed. The rooms were really good and clean. No t doubt in that. They were spacious too. But management, just horrible.
