What is said by the oyo about the fair is totally wrong info. As we go on the hotel the receptionist told us about the hotel fair n they charged us 1000rs extra ..we all are in shock but we don't have any other option so we paid that amount and stayed there but we took the decision that We don't use the oyo service for booking the room ...why your organization get these kind of hotel service who can't stick to there rates as per shown firstly on oyo website ..

Basically these people are cheaters. Attracts the guests by offering the best discount through oyo... like online portals once reached the place demands an additional amount for which they will not provide any receipt. The Cyber crime department should react to such frauds @ earliest. Experience of my brother with cockroaches for whole night was immeasurable & a worst memory.

Never go ,even, near this place , dirty rooms , broken toilet seats, toilet doors have no latches. Horrible is not the word..if there was a minus 100 rating ...this place will bag it ..!

It's the worst experience in this hotel.... the receptionist is too rude .....they will charge too much money ....don't book the room here it's waste of the money

The place is too good. The hotel is also available on the 1st floor where we can order food. Service and ambience is too good. We went as a family (4 members with 2 kids). For kids we have to pay an extra 200 per head.l if they are above 15years.

Don't book the oyo even from goibbio, if booked then directly call to the hotel and confirm once , otherwise you have pay more than the price listed on any site like cleartrip, Agoda or goibbio. I have booked for 2 night and after reaching the hotel , owner denied the entry and ask to pay more . Staff and owner are so rude that they started yelling each other.

I didn't like anything about this stay. First of all the management is very very bad. They don't know how to treat their guests properly. Even after paying the full amount they asked me to pay the extra amount. The room is not expected as shown in images. There is no proper beds and mattress. AC's TV's does't work. Bathrooms are worst and they don't even have proper bolts to close them. No hand washes or towels provided.No bed lights. Very bad experience and worst oyo that i have ever met. I request every one not to waste your money on this one. The management asked me to pay extra amount because they are not getting enough through oyo official.

Hotel management is so clever in getting the fake reviews. Once I had stayed in this hotel by paying extra money that that was offered through Online apps. The rooms were so dirty and they did not even clean the toilets properly. We have requested them to clean it for many times but they escaped. No water provided. Congested rooms. Rude behaviour. The odour of the Pillows was very bad and the bed sheets were not changed and were wet. Even after repeated requests to change also they had not. But while checking in they had demanded huge amounts as if the same is a star hotel. Guys please be cautious and think twice before checking in. Atleast see the room before paying
