I booked with oyo but staff denied to check in saying that all rooms are full, but in front of me they provide room to customer offline, if you didn't accept the booking by oyo or any other thired party app then you should stop posting your hotel on any third party apps. before visit the hotel I called at hotel for confirmation of my booking but someone on call talk to me very rudely and ask me that If you want any information then you have to come at the hotel.
Hotel owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. I paid full price for a hotel and the hotel didn't let me check- in, and told me to cancel the booking and when i did that. They asked to pay Rs. 1500 more. Its a shame! They just tell you to walk away from hotel and you are not welcome because you paid online! Or else ask you to pay almost 3 times more.
These people are fooling the customers.This is a new type of scam.don't book room in this hotel. they all are scammer. I paid full price for hotel online but they told me to pay 500 more at check-in time. So be safe every one

the whole staff are extremely disrespectful towards the guests. they speak completely rough even their voice gets high if asked for 1 hr early checkin eventhough we were ready to pay extra. the reception person stares at females and literally glue his eyes on females the whole time. this is sheer nuisance. the rates of their kitchen food items simple omlette 120 rs a small cup of tea 40 rs a simple butter and toast 100 rs what nonsense!!!!!!!! complete unsafe conditions. oyo should blacklist this hotel.
It's really a pathetic experience ever i seen . I booked Oyo and the amount is coming approx 900,and i reached for the check in they told us pls pay 1050 rupees. Yaha tak , it is ok ..guest was 2(me and my friend). During the check out they again asked 550 rupees , and i have to pay to them . They insist me to pay and told me that during check in the amount should be 1600... But we wrongly asked you only 1050. Pls look into this........ And if possible pls refund my amount.
I paid 780/- at the time of booking on Oyo but the hotel manager refused to give me a room and asked for more money at time of check in. He said that we do not provide any room at the cost as per Oyo. For check in I paid 500/- more to the hotel for the room. That time I tried to contact the Oyo team but there were only two options One was to cancel the booking or second was to transfer to another hotel. But due to the urgency I need to pay extra for the hotel and that was the worst experience ever.And for future I'll suggest my friends to book a hotel with another app instead of Oyo.
