VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...not even a single star... Despite booked on OYO and confirmation with OYO about our arrival, the person at the OYO property informed straight that there is no booking. I had the booking no and confirmation email. But OYO property person did not care.... They wrote on their Hotel big letters OYO but highly non-professional.. I was with my family and arrived through a long driving. Ultimately, I was shown the way out and look for options.. I had to ultimately pay higher and end up Bad Day for us.. The shameless company sent an SMS thanking for booking with OYO. This has happened second time with me booking through OYO. WORST EVER OYO... Don't run the business of fooling people...
Very bad experience for me. It's a service apartment, no restaurant open even to have coffee. Breakfast, lunch, dinner available at specific timing not convenient to guest. Nobody at reception when it is time for check out, though they stay in the same building. Inconvenience to guests in every way.
Why OYO is not removing these type of fraud and worst hotel OYO 15500 The Pando from your website and app which spoils your brand name. I have paid 1000 rupees extra during checkin to get very worst room even beggers cant stay with no room service. I cannot understand why some peoples are giving 3, 4 5 ratings and giving some negative comments (projecting bad as good)
Oyo people booked this hotel and told us your booking with hotel is confirmed. After reaching hotel, hotel admin told they don't have vacant rooms. So, I left with option to cancel this. Waste of my time to visit this hotel, unfortunately before visiting there ,20 mins before Oyo person confirmed and aftet reaching there, we understand we became jokers again.
1st thing The Pando are not accepting oyo generated traiff They charge extra money with oyo traiff So beware before anyone book #ThePando Ih that area most of oyo rooms are not welcoming ....oyo customer. Try to book in reception it will be stress free I suffer a look because of poor oyo customer service ... Beware of that. Actually it is a 2bhk apartment they give each separate bedrooms in a same house will bookings. Complementary breakfast is available
Decent place to stay with good accommodation options. When it comes to food and beverages Beverages - good and chilled beer is served Food - chilli chicken, chicken lollipop, paneer tikka and honey chilli potato is a must try options
