OYO The Nest 2 - Hotel in Kharar, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

1. The hotel's location posed some challenges for me as it is situated in a narrow lane.2. Unfortunately, the road in front of the property was in a state of disrepair, with mud covering its surface. This made it quite inconvenient for me when I tried to book an Uber, as I had to carry my luggage to the main road, which was around 300-400 meters away. Improving the road conditions would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.3. Regrettably, I noticed that there was no intercom or calling bell button available in the room. This made it challenging for me to communicate with the hotel staff when I needed assistance or had a question. Having a reliable communication system within the rooms would be greatly appreciated.4. I must apologize for the oversight, as I discovered that towels and soap were not provided during my stay. These are basic amenities that guests typically rely on, and their absence was quite unexpected. Ensuring that these essentials are readily available would greatly improve the comfort of guests during their stay.5. I also experienced poor network reception within my room, and accessing the Wi-Fi was quite difficult. I was informed that the router setup is on the ground floor, which made it challenging to connect to the Wi-Fi from my room. Improving the network coverage or considering alternative router placements would greatly enhance the convenience for guests.

The hotel itself is in a location, where your car cannot go and you have to carry your luggage all by yourself, The car may go inside when you request the driver because the lanes are so thin and wet with mud, making it difficult to walk or drive, so car drivers cancels your Cab or denies to go inside! Rooms are okay, but some of them have their geysers not working and they refuse to change the bedsheets and linens when asked, and no extra mattresses are provided, you have to adjust in a single room and 3 guests whereas the capacity is 2 guests only. No cleanliness! The cleaning guy is only available till 6 PM in the evening No Kitchen is available hence you have to bring your own food and Dhabas usually gets closed too soon so you have to order accordingly. Swiggy orders are delivered to your doorstep! (Plus point) Rest don't expect much! It's genuine review very bad don't stay

Rooms are not for families. I have seen the majority of couples who come on an hourly basis. You know what I mean. Cubourd, walls and bathroom were very dirty.

Decent room to spend some hours. AC was working, washroom didn't have water and WiFi sucked but that's what you get in 770 rupees. Manager was polite and helpful

While not the greatest place in the world, and certainly not in the best location. This was cheap and cheerful. The room had clean laundry and a clean bathroom with a working heater. When it's 3deg outside that is truly a blessing. No food on site, but there is a small shop around the corner with essentials. It ticked off some basic requirements while on a highly budgeted trip. I'd hardly recommend this place with a family. The staff are friendly and willing to help.. That is a help

the taps were broken lights were not working bedsheets were not clean overal it was a pathetic and a horrible expired

Will not book again on oyo. Worst experience can't explain, room is not neat and clean taps are not working. Feels like residing in hell

Below average OYO room. Rooms are spacious but not clean. Toilets are just okay. No complimentary breakfast. No in house restaurant. Prices are expensive. TV not working. Wifi available but network speed is very slow. Geyser AC facilities available at hotel. Hotel staff is nice. Rest every thing average. Lot of improvements is required. No proper roads and even cabs are also not coming in front of hotel. Need to travel 500-1000 meters. Experience is very bad.
