OYO The Mapple - Hotel in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

It was the worst stay of my life till now. There was no water in the washrooms for 3-4 hours. Later also, we called them multiple times, then they fixed it. Staff doesn't have any concerns about their guests. There were small cockroaches on the bed and in washroom. The water bottles kept were not clean, when asked they said it's fresh. We asked for Bisleri water and waited for so much time, but they didn't provide. Highly unrecommended.

Good to stay in this property, though no elevator, service good & friendly. They provide you food. Rooms are comfy, need renovation in the baths.

Hotel is very near (around 1km) from Siliguri Jn. Rooms are quite good and spacious with all the basic amenities like TV, Geyser, AC are available and working. Staffs are well behaved and service is awesome too. Food available at hotel is very good and at very affordable price.

Worst Reception. I booked a room and when i arrived there they told me that room is not available and Asking for 1000 Extra money. They gave me a dirty room and Without AC they charged me 2500 rupees.

Employees of this hotel were too reluctant to give us the room. Even after showing our booking through oyo, they kept asking us to go to another hotel. They even discouraged us to make Online payment. The room was shabby. Whole night we heard screeches of rats. The towel was torn. Even after asking, they did not provide any kind of toiletries. Ants were floating in tea. We would never recommend the place to anyone. Horrible service.

The first impression was very bad. I had booked Deluxe 3x with breakfast, but the person at reception asked how much I acrually paid for the rooms (after discounts) and provided substandard rooms as equivalent to amount paid. Furthermore, he denied for the breakfast showing that the booking show without breakfast at his interface. I took the matter with Goibibo and thankfully goibibo resolved the matter of breakfast very promptly by way of applicable refund. As for the room category, goibibo asked me to speak directly with the hotel as they are ready to settle the matter with me. However, the hotel staff later gave excuses that the Delux rooms are not upto the mark and they are ready to switch if I want.( I preferred not to switch as I had already settled.) Apart from the above experience, other things went fine. The hotel staff were also polite. Rooms are spacious and location is within 500 meters from the Sevoke road. Someone had spitted on the walls near the dustbin which was not cleaned, but it was more of a mischief by some ill mannered traveller.

Overall stay was good no hassle at all only one downside is that the heater was not available and the ac operates in full speed u can't adjust the temperature and while turning off sparks comes out.

Good room. Room service is not good. The tap water in bathroom is smells bad, Don't know why. I told the hotel 4-5 times and they saying they cleaned the water tank. But i found nothing changed. Here no lift so you have to do some effort to gets to the room at upper floors. The top floor rooms are new construction. So they are good.
