OYO The Kamdhenu Inn - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

We booked this place after reading good reviews. But our experience at this hotel was a nightmare. The rooms were very dirty and had dust all over. The beds, pillows, quilts were very old , dirty and cheap. The toilet had stains of pan spewed all over. Only one person was in the reception and was not helpful. The booking was along with a meal plan , but they don't even have kitchen. And got food from outside. Overall it was a disgusting place and waste of money.

It takes around 25 minutes by bus to Mehrangarh Garh fort from this place. a little far from the city. The place is okay...you have to order food from outside.

It was a tough call to book this hotel after reading mixed reviews , but I booked it, as in the pictures the rooms looked good and price was quite less compared to others. When i finally reached the hotel it was a huge relief that the rooms were exactly like they were in the pic. Rooms were quiet comfortable and food in the room service menu though limited tasted quiet good, the hotel also arranged food that they didn't had in the menu from outside but they charged some service charge for that. I also asked the manager about some not so good reviews on the web to which he replied, in this line you can never satisfy every customer , some get angry if they don't get full cancellation refund, so they may write a bad review ,also if we see from the point of customer- some bad reviews may partially be true as in peak season sometimes the service gets delayed and that is not acceptable by anyone, in this case also we get a bad review. but we encourage our customers to review good or bad as we get to know our strong & weak points , so that we can improve. My experience at the hotel was a pleasent one. Hope yours is too.

This hotel is just stunning. The wait staff were all kind and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the rooms were very luxurious. Great bathroom and incomparable shower and separate bath tub. The room service food was not great but adequate.

Hotel was an ok ok experience. Rooms were decent. No lift in the hotel can be a problem for some people. Food was good and room service was average. But overall it is a perfect economy hotel if you don't expect much from the hotel and you need a place to spend the night.

Rooms are as per what they have been shown in photographs. To reach this hotel please go to the main entrance of "bhagat ki kothi" railway station and from there one left turn and this hotwl is at just 500-900m. You can use city buses to roam around. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner but please book through oyo app otherwise cost will be just double. Rooms were clean and all basic amenities were available but wifi network was not there. Kindly first check this things before moving into the room.

Dirtiest room ever The location of hotel is ok.. but when you enter the hotel room it was dirty all over..we checked 5 rooms to find the better room among them and then what we got was one of our friend's room's window was broken. And one of the rooms was smelling cigarette smoke. No ventilation and toilet pot was not cleaned. In Rs1000 through OYO you cannot expect such bad rooms atleast. Not satisfied
