OYO The Gate - Hotel in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

After booking on oyo site, they said that they will not give us a room. (On the online site the room was 850/day and we were charged 1000/day) The room given has no key...stayed here for 3 days. But on that day other people booked the room and came and gave them the room After 3 days of saying that I will give you a room with a key, it has not been given The staff are all well behaved. Manager is good at talking..

Beautiful and convenient convention place for marriages and functions. It is well maintained. It is near pillar 122. There is much space for parking. The management is co-operative. It is having rooms to stay during functions and a big kitchen room. Overall a good place for marriages and functions.

Worst hotel i had seen in my life, they wont accept online bookings and ask us to pay extra amount even for standard check in timings. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL 2nd thing : very rude owner/ manager even they wont speak to customer care even if you complain it will go into vain. 3rd: not only me the other 2 people who booked online had also left in disappointment as they denied check-in. Finally it wont deserve even 1 star rating.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star as everything was poor location and rooms especially. Don't believe the positive reviews.. We didn't stay there after seeing the room and location. Not recommended for anyone especially families

I booked my stay for 6 days and the room was never cleaned. The AC and TV were not functioning. They were running out of water now and then.

One of the worst OYO i had experienced. No proper hygiene. When I checked in with my mother, not even bed sheets were changed and they were smelling gross. They didn't change the bedsheets till 2pm. Also my room was given in 4th floor and lift wasn't working. My mom had to climb the stairs for 4-5 times. Ac water was leaking in the room. And the staff there asked me for phone while checking out for adding the rating. But I denied and I'm and writing this. Please avoid booking this hotel.

Worst experience ever from these hotel Cons: 1) No proper water facility in the washroom. When asked they provided us with cans 2) Buttons for fans all broken 3) washroom comode was all broker 4) There were spitting all beside the bed.I dbt if the room which was offered to us was cleaned in months Pros: 1) staff behavior was good They dnt deserve one star as well. I repeat my words do not book here Highly Overcharged

These are the points I noted ..so see if this hotel suits u or not.. 1.Location if the hotel is in the market area & sort of slum look. 2.Surroundings of the hotel are not decent.3.Hotel room is very small only a bed fits nothing else.No mirror even.4.They don't change bedsheets.All are stained & Old.Actually are in very bad state.The towel is full ragged & stained.Dust in the cupboard is all there.5.He doesn't give even soap.4.The from door lock is in very bad state.5.Bathroom is very bad.ofcourse u get hot water,Hand flush doesn't work.Bathroom gets blocked after 2 people takes bath.The walls & sink are with full old stains.I think they don't clean only.6.There will be a window near your bed facing the corridor.saftey god knows..Of course we didn't had any issue with safety.7.The cigarate smoke from corridor comes to your room.All night we did passive smoking.This hotel room won't suit families Girls who go alone,couples also i feel..But again there comes budget which is very cheap or very much affordable.But we end up regretting..u can't relax in your room.
