OYO The Citi Residenci - Hotel in Durgapur - Paschim Bardhaman, India

i had a very nice stay at this establishment PROS: 1. EXCELLENT Location 2. Good Security and Parking 3. very well connected to all transit points 4. good behaviour just a word of advice however: 1. Room Charges can be made a little more reasonable 2. Same logic can also be applied with respect to the food served.

OYO Citi Recidenci is located in Bidhannagar which is 7 km from City Centre. The room quality was very poor. Behaviour of the staff was also very bad. Plus they charged extra for breakfast while booking via OYO rooms. But in the morning they told us that they will not serve breakfast as they don't have anything with them. They will. Serve only coffee/Tea. Later after lot of discussion they agreed on bread and butter. To our utter surprise we were served bread and sugar .That's it. Sad, not a standard oyo room to visit.

Hotel has been recently renovated and it's complete value for money. The new hall and bar is pretty good and the quality of food is also good.though it's located outside the city in the highway but hotel offers all the amenities required.... highly recommended place for party, function as well as casual visit...

Rooms are spacious. Location is excellent. Central air-conditioning, hence temperature control is an issue. Breakfast spread is good. Lots of food options as there are restaurants below and room service is also available. Place is currently under renovation hence expect a lot of noise.

A decent hotel in an ideally located place ( City centre) Currently renovation work on in the ground floor and also lift till 3rd floor ( it is a five floor hotel). So, please make sure of the floor before booking to avoid inconvenience if you can't climb stairs. Food is tasty and they have a good spread for breakfast. Has a basic gym as well for the health conscious.

Renovation is going on for years in this hotel. Only one lift missed it extremely difficult and will have to wait a long. One small problem but this makes it very inconvenient. There are no switches for the lights located near the bedside. One has to switch off the lights near the door and then grope in the darkness to reach the bed. Centralized Ac is very uncomfortable as control is by closing portion of the Ac vents by a wooden door. Have to call housekeeping personnel everytime to do this and also many times as it takes several trials to arrive the optimum position of the door. Food is good.

Located in Durgapur City center. 5min walking distance from city center bus stand. The rooms and amenities are very good. Bathrooms are hygiene and clear and rooms are also spacious. They have a in housebar and restaurant too. Room service is also good. They have in house gym and spa.. BT a bit over priced. They don't have a parking space.

The citie residency restaurant serves tasty food, the staff is well behaved. Although sometimes they take too long to complete the order which can be a bit annoying when u r in a hurry. Alcohol is also served here. U can also arrange parties, official meetings. It. Is a hotel and rooms are also available to the people to stay. Parking is a problem here and will have to park your car a little far away especially on weekends
