There are no parking facilities as well as there is no safety for your vehicle. When i woke in the morning and after packing my luggage, the visual I saw was my bike was covered with drops of white paint. When i informed this to the manager(He is not even worth getting that tag), he was sleeping and he was not even ready to look at what happened there. He said it's not his fault and it happened because of a rat or bird, he slept further without seeing it. Later I came to know that it is his own paint and kept it on the edge of a balcony like a fool and the footpath was also ruined because of his paint. It doesn't matter the amount of facility you provide if you have one of the worst staff in the universe.Except this worst hotel and the staff or manager everything in the jewel chowk area is very nice and people in there are also good and very helpful. If I visit Jammu again I will sleep in the streets of jewel chowk rather than sleeping in this hotel.
Very bad experience dirty room, bad aminities
This hotel is not good for a comfortable stay. Rooms are very untidy. AC was spilling water in the room. Also the caretaker switches of the AC from mains at night. Linens and towels were also dirty and smelly. Overall, I would say that this hotel is not worth the money you pay to stay here.
I got a room where there was a window attached with the counter of the manager and he used to sit there. And there were only curtain on that window so feels no privacy at all...but that was the problem with one room....also the bedsheets were too dirty...
Everything was fine untill i found a big mouse at 3am. Ruined my sleep
I Stayed Here For One Night And Police Raid The Hotel At Night Many Unmerried Couples Found Enjyoing Here. Electricity Problem Is Commoun In This Area. Rooms Are Not Very Clean. Poor Service
