OYO The Avenue Residency Near Leisure Valley Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Very bad experience, Guys don't fall for the online image of the hotel, it's just a ghost house, no proper rooms, no guests at all, dirtiest bathrooms ever seen, rude behaviour of staff, no food and drinking water facility, no looks in room, no gyser, bedsheets have stains all around, not at all safe place to stay, I booked for 2 days but left within one hour, Please guys be safe and don't book here. You will find the prices low but it's a trap.

We booked this room on AGODA a company which doesn't have any customer care telephone number or approachable website for grievance redressal. The advertised sites are fraud. Numbers not even in dictionary. They only know how to cheat. First, the room shown while booking was not ready and the manager BOY said he won't give that room at the booked cost. Second, entrance of the hotel itself was scary with shady looking couples (some not even of legal age ) entering and leaving premises. It looked less a hotel and more a brothel. Third, BREAKFAST was included in the booking, but the BOY manager blatantly refused ("Itna paisa mein koun breakfast dega tumko" ...his words). Fourth, we said we can't accept substandard room, he happily said...."then leave". Fifth, when we booked the room, immediately it gave a prompt that said NON REFUNDABLE. Same evening when we checked the site, it says "FREE CANCELLATION & FREE BREAKFAST". They are not going to back-off, till the time someone actually finds the AGODA boss and whips him. Worst experience ever at this hotel. Dont book room in this hotel and definitely never any room on AGODA. If you are expecting refunds...Don't....wate of time. If someone from AGODA is reading this....shame on you.

If you'll go with online booking hotel owner will denied for check-in as prices are cheaper than their offline booking price hence they used to denied at the time of check-in. 2-3 cases like this came when I went for check-in and same happened to me also. Receptionist is also too much rude. Also if they don't have vacant room then also it shows availability on websites.

The hotel staff is very rude... They don't even visit outsiders for 10mins for waiting. They strictly said pay extra charges 500 then only allowed.

UNSAFE ! This is the worst Possible place you can book. Starting from the rude Manager who denied entry unless we paid him extra 1500Rs. Even though the booking was done through Oyo and paid for. He was extremely rude and abusive. It's an extreme unsafe environment for females. DO NOT RISK TO STAY HERE . I have reported them aswell. It's better to stay In prison than this place with people who prey on you !

Very bad experience in my life, the room is very pathetic condition, even no locks for room, AC not properly working it will take 24 hrs for cooling the room,even fan also not properly working it is very slow moving.The room is full of dirt no cleaning.while booking in OYO app the room cost is 798 but hotel people simply denied & take extra money for that. The room given to me that was no locking system that's why not leaving the room for dinner due to my laugage . I am ordered food by online for my dinner but hotel staff not allowed the food, & They are asking 200 rupee for allowing the food inside. The hotel staff behaviour also not good, all are drunken people. If any one staying this hotel with their family it is not good & safe. Be care full be alert. Before booking through OYO app you must be think about it.....

I booked this hotel by oyo at 699 rs but at the time of check-in they clearly denied to check in saying that we don't allow booking by oyo and if you want room here then you have to pay 1500 rs. Satff behaviour is very rude. Im asking to this hotel owner that if you dont allow booking by oyo then why are you posted you hotel at third party apps. You should remove your contract by these apps. This is not fair way,You are forcing the customer to take an expensive room by luring the cheap.

Worst Reception Ever. Worst attitude. If you book online, they will give you a cheap room, and they will ask you to complain to the online site if any support is needed. Regretting the decision. Worst room and experience.
