OYO Tableau Homestay - Hotel in Shimla, Waknaghat - Solan, India

We visited kamat's restaurant when we were coming back from Shimla. We don't know about it and it was a suggestion from GOOGLE MAPS. There is a great view of hill and situated one side of the road. We had a lunch here and it was really great. Manager Happy Sharma was very kind to get the order and served food in 15 mins. He also asked us about food that whether we need spicy or lite in choice.. I'm sharing some pics, great time out there!

It's great experience here.They provide such a nice service.Apart from food they are having a diligent atmosphere. Food was awesome. As we had ordered panneer tikka and dosa they both are delicious and soft.food with good price.. ambitions is good... Nice place for family... Nd very good option for vegetarian only.... Delicious south indian food...must visit here..

We stayed at Kamats for a week and absolutely loved their great hospitality and amazing food provided by their wonderful staff. Our visit to Himachal wouldn't have been completed without the beautiful experience of staying at this place and it's stunning surroundings. We were very well looked after by the staff and the wonderful chefs who cook as good as any big city chefs. They took great care of our baby's food and made it exactly the way we asked them to. We came back with wonderful memories of Himachal. This place has definitely created a nostalgia like no other. Truly recommend Kamat at Waknaghat.

Good ambience. The view from roof top is worth the money but food is not. While the variety is good, the real taste is missing. I stopped over to enjoy the idli and vada after being out in the valley for two weeks. Looks like I will have to wait until I reach bangalore to taste the real idli and sambhar.

This place scores 5/5 rating for cleanliness and good service. what I like most is that every little thing is paid attention . I visited in second week on May'18 with my family and friends. everybody enjoyed alot. Their washrooms are so neat and clean whereas in Shimla in most of the restaurant/hotels the washrooms are pathetic...they have a sitting area on terrace which is decorated nicely with seasonal flowers...l enjoyed this place .. highly recommend.... I would specially like to thank Happy Singh who is the manager and a gr8 person. keep it going !! Great job Lalit! keep it up :)

I have been to kamats at Waknaghat with two of my friends The location here has one of the best sunset you can ever see The ambience was very good with everything perfectly placed. We ordered vidhal wada and masala dosa The vidhal wada was so yummy and good that now also its not easy to forget that great taste The masala dosa was even excellent All together it can be a great place for families and parties also. The food and service was superb.

We ordered variety of items and only south indian food was upto mark. Service also was time consuming despite the fact that our family was the only one these folks were serving that time for dinner. Soup too sweet, noodles were without salt , pav bhajji was bad and ice cream had frozen ice particles. Guys please be extra careful and go for this place only if you dont have any option

Place walking distance to Bahara uni. And too far from Shimla city but still wonderful place to stay. no disturbance valley view is fantastic. Food is good,staff is polite.amenities are as per OYO norms. Good for stay. restaurant facility is fabulous with delicacy of food
