OYO Swastik Garden - Hotel in Dhampur - Bijnor, India

Absolutely Terrible Service! We stopped at this restaurant during our journey for some food, and these people gave us stale food. Even after complaining about the food, there was no response from the manager, he was only concerned about the payment of the food we ordered. We ordered a few dishes and each one tasted old and inedible. When we brought this up to the server, they were completely unresponsive and refused to acknowledge their mistake. They didn't even offer to bring us fresh food or make any kind of compensation. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The server was uninterested in our experience and didn't seem to care that we were unhappy with the quality of the food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The stale food and poor service make it a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where the food is fresh and the staff is willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food was very nice but staff was not managed well. All the staff were focusing on the big table and other customers were watching them for their turn. Also service was very slow.

We went to stay and attend a wedding. For wedding the resort is fine. But the hotel rooms were not clean. There were 1-2 mice roaming inside the rooms. The bedsheet and pillow covers seemed like they haven't been changed since long. The food was terrible. Power got cut very often, and the geyser and switch boards were not working in few of the rooms we stayed. There were flies everywhere you sit. We went as a 10-member group, and everyone had a terrible experience there. I hope they understand that people just need cleanliness where they stay and pay you and you just mess up.

I am reviewing based on weddings attended in this resort. I am not reviewing hotel part of it. I am not sure how good are rooms but rooms on banquet side are not that great. Garden areas are big. Parking is huge. But it is outside city. So if you don't have problem being in outskirts of city then you can use it for wedding.

good hospitality by staff but overall room facilities need major improvements..the food in the restaurant was delicious.the linen & pillows. bathrooms need to improve a lot. cistern not working. hot water too didn't work

the rooms were not upto mark, no body wash available, no complementary water bottlesi only like the food, chef was awesome.there was electricity issue may be light was going very frequently or the management was closing the ac and saying there is no light, i stayed in the hotel for 18 hrs out of which ac worked only for 10 hrs every time you will have to call for the same overall it was the worst experience....never chose this hotel and the last thing i have selected breakfast in my package but owner denied providing the same said we never provide breakfast in the package

Overall decent spot for people travelling with their own vehicle with family. I didn't see much restaurants on this way. So you don't get much options to chose from.
