OYO Suthy's Resort - Hotel in Kotagiri - The Nilgiris, India

Les chambres sont tres bien. Repas moyens. Le service est mauvais. Pas d'eau chaude, pas de serviettes, pas de savons, pas de papier toilette. Nous avons du demander plusieurs fois a diverses personnes pour les obtenir... Et le check out est beaucoup trop tot Tres moyen.

We took lunch. All are not good. May be due to tourist place. Bot veg meals and non veg meals are same. Only difference is they give one small cup chilly fry and gravey which is not tasty. Ambience is really good. But they have to rethink about their food items and change which will bring them more customers everytime they visit.

Comfortable for couples. Not a cosy rooms. Moderate price range. Though connected with own restourant inside food was really good. Staffs were good with local knowledge.

The roms were comfortable but the restaurant experience was pathetic . Horrible service at the restaurant. We had to wait for more than an hour for every meal though we had ordered 3 hours in advance. Arrogant and rude behaviour by the waiter Saravanan. The other waiters were polite but because of one persons rude disrespectful talk (not once but on both days we stayed) the entire ambience was spoilt.

If you are planning to stay in Kotagiri with family or friends, this place is really good one. The view from the resort is really amazing. Food and hospitality is outstanding. You will get both veg and non-veg foods. There is a service person name called Arun, who is actually taking care of guests very well. He is available anytime when you need and provides the quick service. Food is really yummy especially the Gobi Manchurian and Poori masala, Idly are outstanding. I will definitely recommend this place to stay with family or with friends. Thanks once again for the Suthys resort team for giving us a pleasant stay experience.

Good place for families to stay at Kotagiri. Neat and clean rooms. Staffs are courteous. Food was homely and good. Those who travel by own vehicle can prefer to stay at this place than spending extra money for stay at hotels in Ooty. Overall a very nice experience.

I have stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights during Dec2019. The hotel is located in prime kotagiri town region. It's on its own cliff just off the kotagiri ooty highway. It's just front of a tea estate, but no rooms have the view to the tea estate.The rooms were nicely maintained and the service staff were very kind and courteous. The food served in the room were hot, good and decently priced dishes for a tourist attraction place.It might be slightly noisy as its kotagiri town, so if you are expecting for completely silent resort, you can check others, but if well maintained room, responsive service staff, nice food, and quick access to shopping in hill station is your priority, then go for this resort.
