Amazing service. Clean rooms with very beautiful hospitality. Really liked it.
Very bad nd uncooperative staff. On a rainy day, I reached the hotel only to find the main gate locked from inside at 8am. Rang the bell/ knocked the door for 15minutes but no response. I had to cancel my plans nd reschedule my visit to a different place due to this idiotic behaviour of the hotelier who was sleeping with main door locked at 8am. Not to mention they write "open 24hours". Very inhumane behaviour towards a guest. I wish I could give negative stars to them.
Overall a nice place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious, nd the food is also good. The service was satisfactory. so, go for it. Its worth the price.
Clean and spacious rooms, excellent food and the best part is the warm hospitality shown by Sahadeb and Shambhu and other staff. Close to Karunamoyee island. Ideal place for a peaceful stay.
