OYO Sunflower Residency Near Kasi Talkies - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

I had an extremely bad experience here. I checked in at 7:30 nearly and while I entered the room, it was so untidy and not at all clean. Bathrooms were stinky and there was no water too. While I went to the reception to tell this issue, I found a lady shouting at the receptionist and telling him that they didn't get water in the toilet since a day and the bed sheets weren't changed since days. I have shot this scene on my phone as a proof to submit while complaining at the OYO. Because of their ill-treatment, I had to cancel my booking right then and left this place within 30 minutes to another hotel nearby. The staff there said that the money is not refundable. I lost my money of Rs 1362. The people there didn't even showed the courtesy to pay the money for my travel to another hotel and I had to pay another Rs 400 to travel to the next hotel during midnight. The pictures posted may look good, but the place in real is so dirty. If you are planning to come to Chennai, please don't book rooms at this place.

Had a pleasent stay at this hotel. The service was good apart from having problems with A/c remote.. The complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. The place is well kept and the TV works perfectly fine.

Best hotel to stay in Chennai in the budget. they provide best service, staff is polite, receptionist also receives you good. Hotel is located in very calm and quiet location in a colony. But the main draw back of the hotel is little hard to locate it without using Google maps. But Google maps can help you to find it out easily.

Great place for night stay, bathroom is clean. Good air-conditioner, water heater. Safe residential area. Only drawback is bedsheets are not clean. If they maintain better cleanliness. Definitely a good place to stay

We had an very worst experience . We booked room 5 days back and is confirmed also . Once we reach the hotel they told room is not available this is totally unfair ..... and staff also not responding properly very rude behaviour

Located a bit inside from main road. But very calm atmosphere. Very neatly maintained rooms with AC. Above all very respectful staff. Got coffee as complimentary. In total worth for what we pay.

Very nice. Wonderful experience. But the switch board are very distace from bed and the room number108 rest room not privacy because the ventilator very close the outer passage. Staff are very friendly. Room clean.

Very good stay all facilities are good as mentioned. Book on oyo to get breakfast benefits. I booked on Goibibo got rooms in less rate but breakfast option was cancelled. Haapy stay.
