OYO Sukoon Service Apartments - Hotel in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

Oyo app and hotel prices are different. You can't avail any oyo discount even if it shows so. The place doesn't have a geyser. The room alloted to me didn't have any sunshine and the washroom was missing a window. The staff changed my room on request. Unfortunately I had already paid for the booking so didn't change or see other places due to paucity of time. Pros:- The place is nearby the airport and ajni road. It has connectivity via ola and uber.

Worst hotel in Nagpur. I've been to no. Of hotels but never been through such an awful experience . Location & rooms are different aspect but any facility is known by its service or by the staff that manages it. Manager seems to be the damager of the organisation (Mr. Chaturvedi) doesn't know what his duties are very irresponsible person & arrogant enough to ignore customers... Seems like very soon customers will also start ignoring OYO 22903 SUKOON SERVICE APPARTMENTS. Dont deserve any stars by the way

Not at all worth. I have made my booking through MakeMyTrip. But the staff denied attotment of room saying the booking is made at lower price and asked for extra money. Nobody was cooperation properly and the time was around 1am at nyt. After paying extra money also staff was not willing to give invoice. The alloted room was stinky. the bedsheets and pillow covers were in bad condition. The worst thing was there was all rukus at midnyt, may it be the fault of oyo, MakeMyTrip or property. Knowing the fact that the booking was made at discounted price, staff should have cancelled the booking earlier, so that I should have made other arrangements for the stay,but they troubled me at night. Note: Beware of the booking made online.

Hopeless place, unprofessional behaviour. Would shift you to other properties at their own whim. Wants all payment in advance. Won't hesitate to kick you out on second day of your stay even if you have booked 2 day stay and paid in advance.

Never go there man, the staff and oyo both are very smart, i reached there with my wife and they said, we can not allow couple. Plz show ur marriage certificate. Which i still not get :), i presented our voters id and aadar both, but they need marriage certft. Only. Final we are back n giving a free advice to you all, never go for oyo.. 1star to feel me again single after 11yrs... :))

Worst ever stay. Services very poor compared to tariff they are changing. You are not even provided a towel and a piece of soap in toilet. Rooms are very small just enough to place the beds. No cupboards no table no chair. Pathetic service. Won't recommend anyone to stay here.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed.... Toilets look good in pictures only if you check it in real,even sulab shauchalays are better than it.... Also AC was not working well.... When I complained their manager (may be Chaturvedi), He denied to give any support and I suffered the whole night..... Worst experience ever at OYO 22903 Sukoon Service

They're are no Coordinate with OYO & Property owne. I am facing so many problem at chaeck in time. Low price issue. But I want to know what's the wrong from our side? Why we are suffering? We are paying the amount that you need.
