OYO Subham Lodge - Hotel in Murshidabad, Raghunathganj - Murshidabad, India

The employees were not speaking well, seemed very angry. Very bad behavior with customers.

I came here for work and stayed at this lodge. The behaviour of the owner is very very rude, he is not willing to reason with anyone or anything if you try to explain things to him. He will take offense at every little thing. If you sprinkle a little English he will take even MORE offense. The menu does not have the accurate rates for food items making it very difficult to know what item costs what. And if you tell them about it they will not oblige and think they are right. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms have a foul smell no matter when they clean it (they never do or when you ask, the people never come). The only person who is fine here is someone named Raju. Limit all your conversations with the staff and leave the place as soon as you can. The only good thing is that the place is the only decent lodging in the entire area. It is also in close proximity to many pharmaceutical stores, eateries and clothing departments.

Very rude behavior and high price

Good place to organise any occasion, parking near the lodge is great for cars. Overall great experience.

I am stayed here from 3rd February 20 to 6th Feb 20 with my wife & child.Property is not so well. Most horrible thing is that Owner (Babu Saha) including his receptionist is rude, unprofessional.Even he doesn't know minimum courtesy to talk to customer. There are no such good hotel in Raghunathganj so owner Babu Saha taking advantages of it.You will not get any TV channel like see Bangla,star jalsha,star sports,Colors Bangla nothing.Foods that they are providing is rotten quality.Geyser facility is also not in 24hrs.Though the room rent they charged Rs-1000/- per night. It is requested to all the guest please discuss all this sily matter in details before your check in. My suggestions to owner Babu Saha please try to visit some hotels in all over india & learn the hospitality ,courtesy, customer please don't fool your customer.Your existence will matter on your customer.
