OYO Stay India Near Appu Ghar - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

So while checking out I forgot to return the keys to the reception, he also did not ask for it and i left. After that at my workplace i was receiving continuous calls that i couldn't attend to and within the matter of one hour, those calls turned into threatening calls. They sent me a picture of my government id and said they know my address and they're gonna come and beat me up and what not. Then they even threatened to register a FIR that i stole the keys. So according to me at situations like these direct communication between the hotel and the customer should be avoided by OYO and they should pitch in to solve the matter. What i experienced today was nowhere close to professionals and i got a feeling that I'm dealing with people who run desi motels. Moreover, my number was given to 7-8 more people who kept spamming my phone with calls and whatsapp messages. I feel like registering a case in the Consumer Court. But after this, I'm not going to be using the OYO app nor will i recommend this to anybody else because their management skills are not upto the mark.

Pathetic Room. Never experienced this kind of accommodation anywhere. No housekeeping staff, no hanging rods in coupbord, no kitchen in the hotel. Flooring is pothetic, no curtain in entire hotel. Worst worst and worst experience of ever for staying in hotel in NCR. Every property of OYO is pathetic. We have booked2 rooms it in @ Rs. 6500/- for 2 night. But later after confirmation of booking, it is showing Rs. 961/- for 1 room with double occupancy.

Worst Oyo experience. AC leaking water and making creaky noise. Ants everywhere. Dirty Linen and torn as well. Dirty room and unclean bathroom. Shower panel broken. Toilet seat broken.

Horrible experience!! Pathetic room service, no housekeeping staff, no in-house kitchen and there is no market pr restaurants nearby. Rooms are uncleaned and towels provided were also dirty. I went to take a shower and the knob of the shower just came in my hand.

Fine budget restaurant with no major flaws. All amenities were there except mini fridge, although in OYO it is mentioned that mini fridge is is available. Apart from this everything else was upto the mark

Non accessible at night. No one will be there at reception to attend you. Better reach out to location before 12 midnight. No door bell at main gate , they don't pick your phone after 12 am.

No maintaining cleanliness 1st visit was good but 2nd visit was a bad expirence No staff, rooms are dirty , water issues No proper visible light boards to the road Too dusty environment outside Which get dust to your rooms also Pillow covers n bed spreads are not cleaned properly Totally a big bad expirence for my second visit

Taps were leaking, doors don't have perfect locks, price is okay & rest is good. Just need maintenance.
